Why I would avoid this place? 1. I am writing this review in the midst of my 2nd day of my 5 night stay here. First day was really nice and the problems started the second day. The Air conditioning in the room stopped working (around 38 degrees outside and humid and no fans in the room either) and we called up the front desk and told them about it. They sent a technician to check things up . He came and did something and just left. I asked him if its OK , he nodded his head. We waited for 30 mins and it was getting hotter and hotter. I walked down to the front desk and told them about the issue. The representative promised to send someone to check on it. Came back to my room and waited for 30 mins and no one turned up, I called up front desk again and told them about the issue and requested them to connect me to their manager. The representative said OK and then just hung up on me. I called again and insisted they connect me to their manager and the connected the call to a supervisor. They dispatched a different technician and a supervisor along. They came and checked and told us that they have to change my room. They moved us to another room and we thought things were OK. Two hours passed , we went out for lunch and came back. Behold, the same issue in this room , the A/C stopped working. First we thought it takes a while to cool and waited for 60 mins and finally called the front desk again. The dispatched a technician again. This time the person had to go down and fix some thing in their cooling panel and said it will be OK in 30 mins. I called the front desk and asked them if this will be the pattern for my entire stay. I cant just keep calling every time and keep shifting. The person just hung up again. We came here for vacation hoping to relax. How can this place be called a 5-Star if the standards cannot be maintained? I now thinking whether to continue the reminder of the sty here or find another good place. Pros: Good friendly staff. Located very conveniently. Nice decor in the Lobby and some places in first floor.…
My bf and I went there for the 10dollars value massage/swimming pool and sauna. We had 1 hour massage which was good, simple (no oil etc..) but was OK for the price 😉 Great experience, relaxing times. Will come back!
We had a stayed at this hotel. Possibly the friendliest hotel I’ve ever been to. The pool is great and the breakfast was also really good. I can definitely recommend staying here and I would love to come back. Hak was very nice and the restaurants staff were very friendly and helpful.
It's luxury 5* hotel which just opened in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Very nice hotel with the modern equipment and larg swimming pool. The hotel build with an ancient style and wooden, lobby a rear absolutely huge and nice. Rooms accurately big, and comfortable beds.
This hotel has big rooms with wooden floor and great swimming pool, lobby is very comfortable, since I booked a room the reservation has contacted me through the e-mail to check the flight and they arranged the pick up service for free of charge. Buffet breakfast is very good with the multiple choices. This hotel is very easy to access to Angkor Temples whilst this hotel little far from the twon as I have to spend $5 to visit Old market. Recommend for people who look for 5 star with wooden furniture.
