My guest stay here 3 days, one of my guest sick in the second day, Hotel’s staff include MS.Alisa, Ms.Ratha, Mr.Chamroeun, Mr.Rathana very to help me, they connect the doctor here to check guest, doctor also very kind to check for us, then profile all free check and medicine, our group team very happy with hotel service, they think that this is a good stay experienced abroad, especially in Cambodia!

We have had visited the beautiful temples of Angkor Thom and Angkor Toch with my family. It was the wonderful trip I have never had before. Always, I found the beautiful and comfortable place to stay there for two nights long in Sokha Palace Siemreap. It is the nice place. The rooms are big with beautiful decorations and the staffs are friendly, especially the receptionists; Ms. Rotha and Chanra. In the next year, will go to visit Siem reap again stay in your hotel with my big family.

The hotel is very remote from center town, it is huge facility, and may be the biggest in Siem Reap, but the quality of service is suffering a bit I guess from that. Room was ok. But for the price you pay, you would expect much higher quality and service. Food is ok. Breakfast choice is good though.
