My wife and I have stayed here twice now. Both times for three weeks and each trip we were made to feel so welcome and treated with the utmost care and generosity. It is a short tuktuk ride ($3) from the city centre but it honestly doesn't matter as the journey takes you past more of Siem Reap unique city...

We spent two nights there and enjoyed every minute. Airport pickup, and temple tour for 5 people was very well organized as well as a city tour with a Tuk Tuk. Instead a tourist buffet with local food we ordered a surprise menu at the hotel and were very positiv surprised how good everything was and even more about the...

The overall experience was great, the rooms are very good and every single one working there is kind and accommodating. We got a lot of help from the hotel staff and really enjoyed our stay there. A bit outside town, but well worth it! I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay here.

Staff was great and very helpful. Warm and clean pool for swimming after the long walks at Ankor. The tuk tuk drivers were very nice and pick ups could be arranged for whenever. Maybe only one point of improvement was the bathroom. It was quite small so everything got wet when taking a shower. Had a great stay and would...

Americans visiting Cambodia- The hotel is very helpful. They will give you the best prices and arrange tours and transportation just for you. Ask for Vuthy he speaks excellent English and is very professional. We also told him that we needed a bus ticket to Bangkok and he arranged everything for us .

I stayed here on my own about four years ago and at that time I gave it a rave review. Returning to Siem Reap this year with my partner, I naturally booked this hotel and was excited about showing it off to her, having told her about my previous stay. What a disappointment this time around! So bad in fact...
