Myself and two friends were so looking forward to staying here, however, unfortunately it soon went down hill! Check in was smooth and the welcoming staff were so friendly and lovely, however, that cannot be said about the female manager. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in it everyday and they cleaned our rooms everyday but that soon became the only good things about this place. They failed to tell us before hand that they were renovating an area right next to our room which was so loud and woke us up EVERY morning at 8am and continued throughout the day whilst your trying to relax. As well as this at 8am every morning sometimes even earlier the cleaners would arrive and sweep the outside corridors by our room banging the walls and doors waking us up! After the first two nights we spoke to management about the noise and were told in two days it would be finished, this was not the case and continued the entire week stay. To add to this there is no 24/7 receptionist as described, the last member of staff left at 11pm. One night at 12:30am a large group decided to have a party around the outside pool drinking, jumping into the pool and screaming at the top of their voices...it was so loud we had to get out of bed to see if there was any member of staff which there wasn’t and had to say something to them ourselves! After a week of not a single good night sleep we went down and spoke to management where we were spoken too by the rude female manager. She just stared at us not even looking bothered and didn’t even apologise! Her attitude was rude and said to one of our friends one day “I’m annoyed because I’m on my own today” really highlighting her attitude. We then further spoke to the male manager who was slightly more understanding but only offered us a free cocktail. We were staying in Siem reap for 3 weeks and was going to extend for two more weeks ,however, after no sleep and the attitude we were greeted with we didn’t want to give them anymore money! It’s a shame because all the other staff members were amazing it’s just a shame the managers let the other team members down. If your looking for a peaceful, relaxing resort try somewhere else, there are so many other great options!

Sure it isn't 5 star but for the price, well worth the money. Laundry service is good. Breakfast was very good and very accommodating for early departures. Make friends with the tuk-tuk drivers. They took me everywhere. Great experience.

The room that I was in was spacious and very comfortable. It had all the commodities I needed. Better yet was the professionalism and the very charming smiles from all of the friendly staff members. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone that I know.

We were so happy to find large shampoo and shower gel containers in the room. I feel so guilty when I have to use the small throwaway ones. Also, the water was refilled in our room every day as they don't use individual bottles. There is a refill station in the lobby. Our room had a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. The outside window was wall to wall with a view of treetops through the clean glass. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was very uncomfortable and so we weren't able to use it. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the presentation was beautiful! Breakfast was included and this was the first hotel where we could choose eggs benedict as an option. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The soundproofing isn't the best. We had noise from the hallway and the rooms surrounding us. Pub Street and the Market was 1km away. You can walk or take one of the tuk-tuks that were always available. We paid 2.00 one way and 3.00 for the return trip.
