This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed there is just an enormous list of amazing things about this place that I could go on about but one thing that has to be mentioned is the people. They are friendly and welcoming from the reception to the restaurant, bar and the owner himself Christian all go above and beyond. The ethos of this hotel and how they help the community makes it even more special. Of course the facilities are amazing and the extra touches free minibar, free laundry a refill water ball that is yours to keep, free ice creams that are brought to you whilst you lounge by the pool are not bad either!

Good afternoon from Siem Reap What a lovely review We do believe we ALL have a role to play in the future of beautiful Cambodia and we should all lead by example with regards to the abuse of plastic in the hotel industry. I will pass your comments to the team We sincerely hope to welcome you back in the not-to-distant future Very best regards

My partner and I stayed one night at Jaya House recently, and were blown away by the beauty and attention to detail of this hotel. The staff are quite exceptional in their authentic friendliness and warmth, and the service is amongst the best I've ever experienced, anywhere in the world. Our room was exquisitely yet minimally decorated, with the best mattresses and linens I've ever slept on! Loved the fact that they have their own range of bath and body products, made from organic, locally sourced ingredients. Made shower time a true indulgence. Stunning swimming pools and gardens, and the best sky bar for sunset cocktails. We are devastated to hear that Jaya House is closing due to major works...this is a hotel that really cares about their guests' experience, as well as their local staff. A hotel with heart and soul, and it deserves to survive! Please come back Jaya!!!

We ended our Siem Reap trip by a 2 nights stay at Jaya House Riverpark. From check-in to our final step out of the Hotel, we get pamperedk, always looked after. Room is beautiful, well decorated and I loved relaxing in our private swimming pool. When almost at the end of our stay we learned that the property will have to close due to the road widening at front entrance. Our first reaction was that it wasn’t needed at all with all the trees, the riverside that make the hotel look like a corner of Eden. One of the most beautiful parts of Siem Reap we visited for sure!

We spent a lovely few days at Jaya House River Park Hotel. Our room was comfortable, nicely appointed, and very clean. The property has 2 gorgeous swimming pools and a rooftop bar perfect for relaxing before heading out to dinner. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was excellent! The best part of our stay though was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and determined to do everything in their power to make our stay memorable. It was phenomenal service! Expert help was given with our daily itineraries improving our visit to Angkor Wat and the floating villages. We booked a guide through the hotel who was amazing and we also booked transport through the hotel. We are already planning another trip back to Jaya House River Park!Show less
