This hotel exceeded our expectations. We came from a long exhausting travel from Bangkok and we were not really expecting much from Cambodia. But, this hotel is a game changer. The hotel is old but dang the rooms are big, super clean, and the food is great. We were supposed to go to Angkor Wat but the pool hindered us from doing so. After breakfast the following day, we dipped in the pool and totally forgot the plan. So we basically stayed in the hotel the whole day. Haha! I guess we’ll visit Angkor Wat next time. Haha! But we will surely book this hotel again! Slow clap to all the friendly staff of pacific hotel for a job well done. They are super friendly and hospitable in every way! And special thanks to the filipino supervisor whom I forgot the name (since we visited feb 2019) for attending to our needs and for being so hospitable! More power Pacific Hotel & Spa!!!

This hotel/resort was beautiful. The hotel and grounds were spotless and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food very good. Only a positive experience. Unfortunately due to the Corona virus, there weren’t many guests and the hotel was maybe going to close. App rare rly. Lose to nine in the same area had already closed because of the reduction of tourists.

This was my first time visit to this hotel.I am very happy with the kind of services provided to make my stay comfortable. I felt at HOME. The staff was extremely unhelpful in providing me all kinds of help and suppory I needed to visit AngkorVat, siemreap city tour and Kohrong beach. Specially, Mithona and Sokanna were great They took care of me in all respect. Both of them made me feel at HOME so long i stayed in this great hotel I will like to visit this hotel again. No complaints with many thanks to Mithona, Sokanna and all there staff team. Thsnks with happy new year to all Vijoy Sinha _ room # 340.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here, each time for 3 weeks. We cannot praise the staff or owners highly enough. Everyone is so friendly, kind and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, they all go out of their way to make our stay perfect. There has been a lot of building and renovation work since last year and the results are quite outstanding. The new swimming pool and terrace area are amazing, so many sun beds, nothing like the awfulness of the scramble for sun beds at European hotels. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, we have stayed in the Pacific Premier rooms the last two years, and they are just wonderful. The spa is calming and has great staff. Wi-fi available everywhere. Air con is fantastic. The restaurant is spacious, light, bright and airy. The rattan chairs are extremely comfortable. Breakfast has Asian and western choices. The yogurt is just the best I have tasted in a long while. The bar area is a lovely outdoor space with oblong pools filled with tiny fish and water lilies. Tuk tuks are always outside for trips into the city, it takes approx 15 minutes. The new Angkor Market Supermarket is 5 minutes away for anything you could possibly want or have forgotten. It really is just like the supermarkets at home. Angkor Wat is just a few kilometres away. A perfect perfect break, a bit further to travel for a wonderful winter break but so so worth it.

My wife and I stayed in this fantastic hotel from 5nov to 7nov 2019. The hotel lobby is massive and beautifully furnished and decorated. Our welcome was very refreshing and a pretty girl was playing local music. The checkin was swift and we were escorted to our room 1338 in the new block (as told at that time) on the third floor. The room was so spacious and well furnished with very thoughtfull shelves and dressing and beds and comfortable chairs. The room had a spacious balcony where we enjoyed our morning tea. The toilet were spacious with safe wooden flooring in the shower area. The restaurant at level 1 was very nice and the spread and variety of food was fantastic. We really enjoyed the breakfast on both days. The staff was smiling and eager to help and guide. The pool side bar in the evening was lively with band and good singers. We really enjoyed our drink and dinner served there. The swimming pool was very large and inviting but I did not utilise it.Due to shortage of time we could not utilise the beautiful Spa of the hotel but we had a look into it and have decided to utilise these facilities whenever we visit again. The location of this hotel is very close from the airport and is on the main road to the city. The staff was courteous and smiling. After a great tour of Angkor Wat which tired us a little this comfortable hotel refreshed us again. I will recomend this hotel to all my relatives and friends. P.M.MATHUR
