We requested for the family room to accommodate 6 persons and they made it happen. 4 big beds meant for sharing with 2 full size bathrooms! Rooms and common areas were scented nicely. Free buffet breakfast was pretty much standard but the service staff were great! It were the other guests who arrived by bus loads that were the letdown, being noisy, rowdy and smoking even in common areas where there were restrictions

This is the only Cambodian hotel I have stayed in so have nothing to compare it with other than how I saw it as a European. Hotel is located to NE of town a short Tuk Tuk ride to center $2/3 (pub street) just past a local market (interesting to visit, especially early morning) Spacious foyer finished in dark wood Large room, with large firm (comfortable) double and single bed, wide window. Large wet room with shower and stone bath Wardrobe and desk Unusual black floor, (and walls in bathroom) may be stone as similar in corridor. Fittings a little tired but so as it was a concern. Only ate in restaurant for breakfast, buffet with limited choice of: hot Asian food, cereal, fruit & bread, also an egg and Pho servery Stayed 3 nights, last night saw an influx of Chinese tourists, meaning it was a struggle to find a clean table at breakfast. On one occasion room received a cursory clean, had to ask for toilet paper and soap. Seemed to be unusual noises around 4:30 which staff put down to the pipes, other times it was reasonably quiet Staff were pleasant and helpful, would consider this a budget hotel, adequate if at a good price. On inspecting the 5 star reviews for this hotel most appear to have made only one Trip Advisor review, makes you wonder as at best would rate as 3 star.

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is used for large tour groups but this did not cause any issues for us. Check in was very quick and we were shown our room. We had an issue with it as the air conditioning unit outside was faulty and making a large noise so sleep would not be possible. We were quickly moved to the front of the hotel. The room was smaller but was still very nice. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Safe, fridge and TV in room. The restaurant was good and we ate lunch on two occasions around the pool when taking a break from the temples. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The most outstanding quality of this hotel is the staff. Fantastic customer service with polite and helpful staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed for two nights. Staff was very friendly and food really good. Nice pool but no gym available. Many Chinese guests which are quite noisy (in the mornings and evenings). Rooms are badly soundproofed but otherwise nice, except of some water leakings in the bathroom. However, it was really cheap.
