We stayed for 10 nights in this beautiful resort, the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The resort manager Sokhorn Lim looked after our every need. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the room was first class from the comfy bed to the enormous bath and fast wifi. We loved everything about it, When we left it felt like we were leaving close friends.
Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay and we could not recommend them high enough.

Ps: If you are lucky enough to get Mr Rith the Tuk Tuk driver he is a really great guy who will look after you.

Very good, stylish little hotel. Very friendly staff, rich breakfast. They even gave me the laptop on which I 'm writing this review. A bit away from the hustle of the city centre. Good place to start a tour to the temples. I stayed a day longer

We truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The room is beautiful, very spacious, and clean . We do love the bed very comfortable, linens are great and of course the bath tub.
Breakfast was incredible both western and asian option too. There is simply nothing not to love about this hotel. The staff are very nice. On our last day, we did early check out since we're out the whole day for our temple tour we just leave our luggage in the hotel and came back after. The good thing about this hotel they provided special room for us to take shower and prepare things before going to airport. We really want to thank you guys for your kind assistance.

Brand new, boutique hotel. Very clean, offering a reasonable level of accommodation for a reasonable price. Rooms are a decent size with large bathrooms, equipped with both shower and bath.

Location is quite good; not too far from the city or the temples.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Our family of four booked for 4 nights via Secret Escapes.
The hotel made arrangements for our free pick up and we were well greeted by Mr Cham at the airport with a nice and easy to recognize sign of our name. Mr. Cham was also our tuk tuk driver and is based outside the hotel. He was very kind and helpful and waited patiently for us on all our adventures through the city. His charges were very reasonable.
We arrived at the hotel and were instantly and warmly greeted by the staff and manager with cool drinks and very quickly got all our checking in done. They accommodated to our special request as a family and attended to all our needs.
We were so charmed by the beautiful stylish and modern rooms and decor in the hotel.
The beds are very comfortable and with good linen.
The staff are warm and friendly and service is good.
The hotel is newly opened and so the restaurant menu is somewhat limited but
the food is very good prepared by the chef who takes time to come and talk to you and will prepare special dishes in advance.
The morning breakfast was a delight with so much to eat served to you at your table facing the pool. Lots of local fruit served as well. The General Manager always came to chat with us making sure we were well taken care of.
When we visited the Angkor Wat at 5am, they even packed a breakfast for us.
Exceptional value, convenient location to local tourist sites, modern rooms, friendly, warm and great service. Very charming little gem... we loved it and we had a very happy and memorable stay!
A big thank you to all the staff at Silverpalmsresidence Siem Reap

Harald & Susan

Arrived here after 26 hours of travelling and the staff at this hotel were amazing, go out their way to help. Food was really good, more expensive than town (but that’s what you expect at hotels, still really good value), well worth it!. Really good breakfast, went to visit the temples at 4AM, staff made a breakfast box for us to take. Hotel very clean and in good location. Moved onto Phnom Penh wish we stayed at Silver Palms longer. If I am back in Cambodia would definitely stay here again. Thank You

This was the best hotel we stayed at in South East Asia. The value for money is amazing - I really wish we'd have stayed here longer. It is out of the way from the main streets in Vietnam but we never paid more than three dollars for a tuktuk to the center.

We had an overnight bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap which arrived at five am. We decided to get to the hotel to check in and then maybe find somewhere cheap to sleep for a bit before going back when we were at the correct check in time. However, because our room was empty the staff let us check in there and then no problem. We got to catch up on sleep before exploring that first day, so it was like getting an extra night at the hotel.

The room itself was amazing - so comfy, lovely decoration and an luxury bathroom which was so clean. Tea and coffee was provided in rooms and we had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. We ate dinner at the pool side restaurant, which was very reasonably priced for a hotel. It was more expensive than eating out in Cambodia, I think around five or six dollars a meal on average but compared to normal hotel prices we were pleasantly surprised. We also used the pool which is very warm, clean and has enough room for lounging around next to it.

The staff arranged our trip to Angkor Wat for us with a tuk tuk driver and let us leave our bags with them as we had to check out that day. When we came back, they gave us an empty room to use the shower and change and let us relax by the pool until we left for our flight - bringing over some cold water and peanuts.

Amazing hotel, friendly and helpful staff, yummy food. Wish we were there for longer.

I absolutely loved my stay here. I booked this hotel for 1 night due to a booked flight the following day - so the location is great for the airport, a short 10 minute tuk tuk away. It is a 20 minute tuk tuk to pub street for the night markets.

As soon as myself and my partner arrived the staff were very welcoming and provided cold drinks whilst we checked in. When we were shown to our room it exceeded our expectations given the small price tag. The room is what you'd expect for a 5* hotel. It was clean, spacious and well decorated. The bathroom had a huge, pebble shaped standalone bathtub, I ran a bath for the first time on my 3 month trip in Asia (beats a cold shower any day of the week!) and opened the bottle of Italian wine in the room ($10.50) - complete luxury!

The pool has also contributed to this review, it is very clean and a great size. You can really see how well the place is maintained when you take a moment to appreciate the pool area. The barman made us some fantastic cocktails as we relaxed in the pool.

The breakfast was delicious, good quality ingredients and quick service.

I would love to stay here again and if I am ever in Siem Reap again I will be sure to.

It is a little bit out but on the road to Angkor Wat. Tuk tuk to town only 50 cents to a dollar. Very charming little hotel.
