I had arrive in the hotel with a warm welcoming from the staff! I just wanna say it's was fantastic, the room is very clean, pool is very clean, good service. And I would have suggest, please low down the price of the drinks like coke, sprite, etc. It's just sound bad to buy it because it's so pricey and waste of money. Btw, keep up the great service!

Arrived here after 26 hours of travelling and the staff at this hotel were amazing, go out their way to help. Food was really good, more expensive than town (but that’s what you expect at hotels, still really good value), well worth it!. Really good breakfast, went to visit the temples at 4AM, staff made a breakfast box for us to take. Hotel very clean and in good location. Moved onto Phnom Penh wish we stayed at Silver Palms longer. If I am back in Cambodia would definitely stay here again. Thank You

Silver Palms residence is a fabulous oasis set on a side street just off the main road. We stayed for 4 nights. The building is impressive with well thought fixtures and fittings rooms are chic cosy but spacious at the same time. The bathrooms are clean with all the accoutrements you would expect from a quality hotel. The rooms contain a very large walk in shower and a large stone bath. The hotel has kitchen staff that did their upmost to ensure your food was presented as you would like. It is at this point I have to mention the breakfast, it is by far the best one I have had in Cambodia. It is quality and plentiful catering to all tastes including my partners vegetarian diet. The swimming pool area is clean tidy and appropriate. The hotel has the feel of quality, the staff are attentive friendly and do everything to ensure that your stay is without question a superb relaxing experience. In particular staff member " Da" was helpful beyond words, which we appreciated greatly. I would recommend this place and most certainly stay there again.

The room itself is amazing. A huge bed with air on and a massive bath. The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s about a 10 minute ride to town in a tuk tuk which is only around 2-3 USD. We’re glad we stayed out of town as the bars are open late and would be so loud if you stayed in town. All in all it has been a brilliant week. The shower in the room is brilliant it’s like a waterfall the amount of power it has. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and if I return to Cambodia in the future I will be more than happy to return.

The best price/quality ratio hotel we've stayed in many trips to Southeast Asia. Excellent service by the staff. Mr. Da in the front desk was super helpful with absolutely anything we needed. He always had a big smile for us. The staff from the restaurant was also very polite, professional and fast. There's always a tuktuk available. The bathroom was amazing, we also had a beautiful welcome to the hotel with flower petals in the room. The bed was comfortable, we had a balcony and a small sitting area. We have to mention that we consider the cleaning staff did an excellent job, the room was spotless. I'm very picky with this and everything was super clean. The hotel got us our tuktuk driver Mr. Cham, he was our driver most of the time and was very kind, helpful, and a good driver. He also took us to our Angkor Wat tour (very recommended driver). The hotel arranged our tour to Angkor Wat with a professional guide approved by the ministry of tourism, Mr. Samnang, he was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Also, arranged our bike rentals to go to Angkor Wat other day. We had a massage that was ok. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The highlight of our trip. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The front desk manager Sovandara (if I wrote it correctly) makes the sublime impression. Actually that’s the benchmark of service and proficiency. The hotel by itself is a little bit far from the city center but it’s 2 usd ride by tuk tuk one way. They arranged upgrade and free shuttle from/to airport which was a good advantage. Better choose rooms on 3rd floor to the North. View is better.

Fantastic hotel, we stayed 4 nights in the premier deluxe suite and could not have been happier. For the price I would say its the best hotel ive stayed at. the pool is great and the breakfast is solid. the staff are always ready to help you. everything works in the room really well. My gf and I were very happy with all services available and the tuk tuk driver Mr Mup or Mr Vuthy was very helpful and friendly. overall 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Silver Palms is truly special. Small, new, charming we loved staying here. Good sized rooms with beautiful fixtures and showers. The staff were exceptional; kind and very helpful. Great position, we explored Angkor War and the town on the hotel's bikes. The pool and it's setting is fantastic and the meals are excellent and great value. Cannot recommend Silver Palms highly enough.

What a hotel! Small but super modern, clean, tidy with a minimalistic look. Everything works. The aircon super cool and quiet. The beds are really comfortable. I read all the other reviews and I can honestly say it's all true. Towels are of a good quality, thick and soft. And there are plenty of plug points. This hotel feels brand new and is well thought through. Prices for food and beverages are fair. Cockstails about 3,50 dollars, I ordered a cheese burger the first night with fries for 6,50 dollars. Better than any Mc Meal!!! The pool is small, but perfect to cool down after a day of temple site seeing. And honestly who really wants to swim lengths after a long day....I stay in the Premier Deluxe Room overlooking the pool and can honestly recommend this room. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and leave you in peace, so no one is trying to sell you a tour or something. Basic breakfast of english, american or asian is ok for the price. I visited Siem Reap in the September, the off season. The weather was perfect. I've stayed at three other hotel while in Cambodia. This one really was my favourite. Value for money you just can't beat. I've paid more elsewhere and got less value. If I had to criticise anything, then perhaps a set of draws under the hanging space for your cloths if I stayed longer than three days would be ideal. And perhaps a pen and writing block to take notes. That's it. Really scratching the bottom of the barrel here. I would without a doubt stay here again. Loved it!
