Stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. The room and bathroom was clean and we overlooked the pool. The staff were very helpful to book excursions or tuk tuks. It is on a main road meaning a bit difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel but it takes about 5 min in a tuk tuk to the centre of Siem Reap. We didn't hear any noise from the road and found it very peaceful.

The hotel is about 10 min taxi from the pub street. The rooms are clean and rather ok. The bed was very hard, almost felt like laying on the floor. Pool area is good with sun all of the day. Breakfast consisted of rise and noodel dishes with some vegetables, no meat dishes. However the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was more then what I expected and less then what I hoped. Set back off the main road it is an island in the traffic mess of SR. The staff was wonderful and helpful in everything we did. Check in was a breeze and were offered a cold towel to wipe our face and hands and a cold fruit drink while checking in. The room was clean and nice, big enough for our 6 night stay. There was a small balcony which overlooked the pool. Things that were disappointing...On several occasions we asked for hangers to be brought to our room, never happened. Just gave up. The safe in the room is not bolted down, ours didn't work so someone just lifted to old one out ant set a new one on the closet shelf. Seeing that, we decided to just carry all our valuables. The TV never worked very well. most of the time, not at all, which was fine. Hard to figure out the faucets in the bathroom, but that may have been just me. The restaurant was different in their idea of western food. I decided to just eat local cuisine. Overall, we did enjoy our stat that this hotel and was well worth the price. I would stay here again should we return.

Love this hotel! It is away from the craziness of the hotels closer to the downtown pubstreet area, so it is a relaxing place to come back after meetings or exploring. The pool and outdoor area is great, too. Very comfortable.
