Dear All this hotel is closed since April2020and you will still be able to book this hotel by some apps. Hope it will be helpful and you will not suffer like me during this Khmer New Year holidays with family. I was lucky that I didn't paid by card and decided to pay on cash at property.
What a beauty!. Hidden in Siem Reap. Very Nice rooms with all.comfort you need. Breakfast and dinner, one word, amazing! Such Nice people and staff! Hope to go back afternoon Corona times ! Perfect hotel when you visit the Ankor site!
I spent 4 days here and was sad to move on. A good room that was clean, comfortable with good air conditioning, the staff were great, the meals I had in the hotel were good with excellent choice at breakfast all in an covered outdoor restaurant. I 3$ TukTuk ride from the Seam Reap city centre so very convenient. A good base for exploring all that is in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the Operations Manager Ms Sok who is amazing and a wonderful asset to the hotel. From the restaurant and bar staff to the reception staff and the hotel's tuk tuk drivers - all of the staff are fantastic. Anything and everything could be arranged seamlessly which made our stay even more enjoyable. We went to Cambodia for my 50th birthday and on the day all of the staff came to the pool area with a gorgeous cake singing Happy Birthday! What a lovely gesture that I will treasure. I will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel the next time I go to Siem Reap and recommend it highly. Thank you for helping make my special holiday even more special. See you next time!
The location is not ideal - some way from the centre of Siem Reap - and the garden and public areas need attention. However our room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent, served by two charming, smiling waitresses. Good value.
We loved this hotel which, for the price paid was exceptional value. Do not be concerned, as you arrive, by the hotels setting which is near to a busy road and near to other businesses. Once you step through their gate, you'll be welcomed into a real oasis of peace, calm and friendliness. All the staff were polite and friendly but I would particularly like to thank Samrach, who really couldn't have been more helpful upon arrival and throughout, ensuring that we were happy and had no concerns. Being situated on the edge of town makes access to the historic sights/sites easy and the hotel offers its own uniformed tuk-tuk service to take you into town for restaurants etc, which can be charged to your room and makes finding them later much easier! The hotel has two swimming pools set in a tropical landscape and I had an excellent, inexpensive, Khmer massage. The rooms are a good size and well decorated. Our ground floor room had a lovely private balcony area, shaded by tropical foliage and looking our on the smaller of the pools. The whole feel of the place is to make the guests feel relaxed and comfortable. It's smart, but not overwhelmingly so. Breakfast was fine, if a little hit or miss on what would be available when you arrive, but being available until circa 10.30 means that you can visit temples etc early and still return for breakfast/brunch and relaxation before going out again in the afternoon for sunsets. Having reasonably priced accommodation enabled us to go a little 'mad' in our choice of dining options, where we visit three incredible (and very different) restaurants, Embassy Khmer Gastronomy, Cuisine Wat Damnak and Malis. (reviewed elsewhere). If you're prepared to pay 'western prices' for food then you'll be treated to some exceptional, indeed at times exquisite, dishes. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, except possibly the most fussy and status driven potential guests.…
Our family of 5 had a very nice stay in the family sweet! Food was great, located close to the airport and Angkor Wat, and had two nice pools. The menu had a mix of Western, Asian, and local food on it, and kids liked it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and spoke understandable English. The hotel was a great place to relax or have a fun time in the pool.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful; I was completely taken care of for the duration of my stay, whether it be for recommendations, transportation, amenities, and anything else. I also highly recommend booking a guide to take you through the Angkor temples - for an English-language guide, ask for Sothik. He was incredible, knew all the great hidden gems and secret spots I would never be able to find on my own, and most importantly, knew exactly when and where to arrive in order to avoid the crowds and big tour groups at the temples.
Spent 4 nights with 2 kids, pretty hotel but definitely not outstanding such many reviews (fake ones ?...). Building and facilities are a bit outdated and need renovation. Swimming pool nice, restaurant ok, service fine as usual in the country. Far from city, tuk tuk arranged promptly but not free as announced (3$ per trip). Can be ok but be cautious with price, can be overpriced as it is overrated.
Had a lovely couple of nights here while touring Siem Reap. The restaurant was ideal after a long hot day sightseeing and being too tired to venture out. It was pretty quiet while we were there and the pool was lovely. Service excellent. Rooms perfectly adequate.
