Beautiful boutique hotel. 8 rooms with a salt water pool, the garden is like living in a paradise. If you are in mango season, the hotel has mango tree which they serve organic mango shake. Good breakfast, comfortable bedding,TV cable, big room with balcony. The hotel is off the main road, 10 mins walk from old town or 5 mins by Tuk Tuk cost $2 short ride. Best of all I don't get the car pollution, no traffic noise, I can hear the birds sing, there is no city noise, watch the sunset orange/purple colors and the moon is there to watch on the balcony. Best of all the hotel is located in residential area. I can dip in the Cambodia culture, very kind and friendly people. I don't feel like a tourist. Def. recommended.

We spent 4 very nice nights in a room with balcony on the second floor.

Our room was big and really nice. The small balcony is really great for enjoying relaxing time, especially for sunrise or sunset.

The swimming pool is beautiful and the staff was really attentive to our needs, even before we asked! Thank you very much for that.

The hotel is very quiet as it’s not located in the city center, but really close to many good spots, few minutes by tuk tuk. You can even walk if the weather is not too hot.

It’s really worth the money.

Nice little budget hotel offering very good value for money.
Helpful and friendly staff and only a 10 minute walk to the middle of town.
Rooms are dated and basic but you are not paying much so you should not be complaining ! Air con works fine as does the wifi.

Sam and his staff and family helped to give a birthday surprise to my husband. They decorated the room and the pool and bought us a cake. We really appreciate that.

The hotel is new and decent with a clean pool. The bikes there are big and easy to use.

Gorgeous family run villa with eight rooms only and a salt water pool; great breakfast and close to excellent restaurants and bars...Rent a bicycle and cruise the city easily from Sam So's, book a private tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples, hang by the pool and jacuzzi and drink ice cold beers, or just chill in your air con lux room and watch tv with plenty of English and other language channels or surf the net. I loved this place. I'll be back one day.

I first thought the taxi got lost when taking me here but then discovered this little oasis. Rooms all clean and tidy, spacious, well laid out and everything works. Staff were very accommodating and the owner friendly. Stayed here 9 nights, it's just far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to walk easily to the nightlife.

Sam So Boutique Villa is pretty much everything you want in a boutique hotel. The rooms were large and beautifully designed, super clean and have really modern bathrooms. A/C was great. The landscaping was really well done and the draping, manicured vines were perfectly charming.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the central market on a quiet side street, but still close to the river so lots and cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby once you get to the main road (3 minute walk)

The staff is very friendly and accommodating and available 24 hours. Finally, Sam So (the owner) is probably one of the nicest people we have met in 3+ months of traveling. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Siem Reap--we will be back!

The pool is an amazing feature, so quiet and relaxing...it's a perfect escape from the busy city. The staff are just great and will help you with what you need. The breakfast is included and is really delicious as well. The rooms are like new and are pristine, with a super hot shower which is always nice. If your in siem reap this is a must if your budget is $30 - $50, it's really really good value for what you get.
