Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were adequate with good views of the watering hole and animals. Lots of elephants wandering around. The food was nice with plenty of choices. Waiting and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Florence at the front desk and as always...More

Good day. The past month of November has been great. It is a hot month still but as it is the start of the rainy season, it has cooled down a bit. I personally love November as everything comes to life after the dry season.

Hi there, I recommend SAA from Joburg to VicFalls; Zimbabwe-visa has gone cheaper and now costs 30 USD (cash!) instead of 50. Don't let others tell you the falls are in Zambia, as the best view (and the park to walk alongside it) is and always was in Zim for sure. My recommendation: do not miss "High Tea" in the Victoria Falls Hotel (USD 15) - an absolute must - apart from experiencing the friendly Zimbabwean service you will also see the bridge and the spray of the falls while dining on cucumber sandwiches. Camp sites in Zim are clean and generally safe. The people are extremely friendly and will be grateful you visit their negative-news-ridden country. Have fun!
