We were in New Hampshire for a few days looking at houses. After all the travel, I decided to try to find someplace we could stay, centrally located, for a couple of days as we house hunted. I came across Glynn House and I'm so glad I did! The attention to detail at Glynn House is unparalleled. Really, everything is... More

My husband, son, and I stayed there for a night in Aug, while we were visiting the Polar Caves. The owners - Pam and Glenn - met us with a handshake and smile, which is something, considering our condition after climbing for a couple of hours through those caves (we were grubby to say the least). And they gave us... More

The reviewer only stayed one evening, but she definitely got a good feel for the Inn and the local area. Our breakfasts, the jacuzzi tub and elegant decor all appear to have scored ‘home runs’. The local area provides a dozen great dining options. The surrounding area offers a host of activity options - outdoor recreation, train and boat rides,... More

I feel bad writing one of the only bad reviews, but if can save someone else from what I experienced at this place last weekend, it is worth it. My encounter began as I was "greeted" by Pam the owner at the front door. She was sweaty and very out of breath and appeared to be greatly bothered by the... More

We’re always concerned when our guests don’t experience a terrific stay. An Innkeeper was informed about an odor when the reviewer was checking out. At that time, there was no discernible smell.  In the interest of our future guests comfort, licensed plumbing, heating and air conditioning professionals were called and conducted thorough inspections. Nothing was found. Three different couples have... More

Glenn, Ingrid & Pam were the perfect hosts for our weekend trip to NH to visit our son at sleep away camp (Camp Winaukee). Upon arrival, Glenn gave us the rundown on house rules, amenities (afternoon wine & cheese, breakfast options, DVD lending library, complimentary cold sodas, coffee & tea stations, etc.). Glenn then escorted us to our room, the... More

Guests who book their return visit before leaving the property leave absolute no doubt in our minds - ‘they thoroughly enjoyed their stay’. Over one dozen summer camps are easily accessible from the Inn. Each summer, parents and grandparents use the Inn as a base for visiting children and grandchildren. Many also take the opportunity to explore the local area.... More

We spent 3 very pleasant nights at the Glynn House Inn, conveniently located not too far off the Interstate in Ashland. It was quite warm the days we were there so we were thankful that the rooms are air-conditioned (they also have a gas fireplace which we clearly did not use). The rooms are comfortably furnished and the bed was... More

Stayed in the Taft room with my boyfriend. The bed and breakfast is very charming, beautiful and full of personal touches. The environment is very quiet and the location is close to lakes and national forests. The hosts are wonderful and helped us plan our trip a lot. Breakfast is amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your Independence Day weekend experience with other travelers. We’re delighted you enjoyed the Taft Bedroom. It has a true Victorian ‘feel’ - wood fireplace surround, wood floors, wood window frames and a four poster bed. Our stuffed french toast breakfast entree is the most popular selection on the menu. We’re pleased you enjoyed our breakfasts.... More

My husband and I booked the Eisenhower Room about 10 days before July 4th weekend. Pam, one of the Innkeepers, greeted... More
