I appreciated the communication leading up to our visit and the anticipation of our every need. There is even an outdoor fireplace set up and ready to go. The room was spic and span, comfortable and homey. The entire grounds were meticulously maintained. Our hostess Kathy anticipated things we hadn't even thought of. It was nice to have a little tour and become acquainted with all the details upon arrival. The amenities included a spacious hot tub, bathrobes, flip-flops, plenty of towels and linens, lemonade in the fridge and a selection of exotic teas. Breakfast was Gourmet with a capital G.

A great place to stay just off the Katy Trail. This B&B did not disappoint. Large bedrooms with a large private bath. Common area in the house was very comfortable with all the amenities you could think of. The hot tub was too hot this trip but the garden sitting area was nice and shaded. Shed out back to store your bike. Kathy is an amazing hostess. Breakfast was out of the world!!

What can I say... Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way! Kathy was a wonderful host! Banana bread, cookies, fresh bread and olive oil upon arrival with a stocked fridge of water, tea and lemonade. The outdoor patio was a relaxing oasis that included a hot tub and outdoor stone fireplace. Well located in town although we chose to spend most of the evening right at home! And the breakfast.... Kathy out did herself. We will be back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Augusta!!
