Pro: I love that it is a family run hotel. There are plenty of comfy living rooms on the ground floor with teas and cookies and plenty of board games and puzzles to be enjoyed by the whole family. We love hanging out by their biggest living room with nice warm fireplace, it was a very nice experience. The owner...

I came to try their restaurant and the two waiters were soo rude and cold and they looked at us as if we are going to eat there for free. The outdoor seating was full, they could of talked to us nicely instead of being rude and rolling their eyes!

We tried beef and chicken burgers. Both are tasty and big! Waiter and waitresses are nice. Prices are reasonable. The location is convenient, which is just next to the famous church in St Wolfgang. You should try it when you passby.

Never get tired of visiting St Wolfgang and have been coming here on holiday since early 1980's. Zimmerbrau, very well managed, in a central location, beautifully appointed rooms, lounge and restaurant, combined with efficient friendly staff. Good choice at breakfast including omelette/ egg station cooked to order. We were half board and chose up to 3 courses daily from the...

St. Wolfgang is a small quaint village on the lake - and the prettiest village on the lake. The hotel is a quality hotel, quiet, central, nice staff. I have no complaints. Really enjoyed my stay here.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of July 2016. The hotel itself is hard to find but it is definitely worth it!!! Located in the narrow streets of Sankt Woolfgang, an absolutely perfect little town. The hotel is close to cafes, restaurants and the lake. Everything is walking distance or you can sit on the balcony and...

We went there for dinner twice during our brief stay in St Wolfgang. Its well placed for people watching but as its just round the corner from the main square its not dominated by the entertainment they put on there. On both occasions the service was excellent - brisk, efficient and very friendly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious...

We didn't fancy our hotel's restaurant so headed to the Zimmerbrau. What a nice place! We were very satisfied with our meal and service. All typically Austrian.Would I go back? Yes: hoping to return during Advent, and this is where I would choose to stay now.

We used the restaurant when staying at another hotel and first impressions were good. very nice service and adequate main courses, albeit with a noted presence of salt or monosodium glutamate? Puddings were less appealing - Palatschinken with Marmalade were just about ok but my Eispalatschinken was inedible - like thick rubber. Having lived in Austria for 8 years I...
