Excellent location, world-class setting of pool and spa directly at lake-front, exquisite dining with beautiful "Zitter" live music and lake-view. Service at evening dinner was exceptional. The hotel building itself is traditional but some rooms are renovated (we stayed in a renovated one). The only downside of our stay was the friendliness especially at the reception desk. We were greeted not "welcome" but "I have to tell you that you are only allowed to park 10 min at the entrance area". Actually, we were lectured 3 times before we received the room keys. The young lady called Fabienne also reacting visibly dis-respectful when speaking about guests with other staff. She was either not well trained or has an eligible attitude / lack of customer orientation. We learned later that she belongs to the family that owns the hotel. This hotel is amazing the service food accommodation is all fantastic you will be hard pushed to find a better view anywhere else in the world the walks are amazing it is such a beautiful area every time we stay we meet lovely people who are on there 15 or more visit once you stay here you will know why you just want to keep coming back it is a credit in this day and age to the family who own it that it is so consistent for the lovely warm hospitality you receive off of all the staff and the lovely happy atmosphere that is always there Will be visiting again in September can not see the point in going anywhere else when everything here is so perfect Thankyou once again for an amazing holiday

Stayed for our usual annual holiday in January and the hotel is as good as ever and the food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. The whole Weissen Rossl team make you very welcome and cannot do enough to make sure you have a great stay.
