Big Creek RV Park is your family friendly nature gateway. #unwind@thefarm. All of our 63 RV sites are big-rig friendly, 30- and 50-amp, with water, sewer, cable TV, and free basic wi-fi throughout the park. Our park offers a friendly and helpful staff, shower suites, laundry facility, petting zoo, swimming pool, firewood, ice, activities and hoping to open our snack shack in 2024. Big Creek which flows along our park is a great place to cool off on a hot summer day. We also have a propane fill station and camp store. We are located near scenic attractions including Johnson's Shut-Ins, Elephant Rocks, Black River, and much more. Arcadia Meadow is a great place to get away from the stress and bustle of everyday life.

Detailed Reviews
After reading all the positive reviews we had our heart set on this campground to end our cross country summer vacation. I’m not gonna lie, our hearts sank as we pulled it. Wide open field full of plain Jane sites. I had expected it more woodsy and protected by the sun. Obviously, that’s the long term goal because each site has a 3” tree planted. The pool was unbelievably small, sized more like a water park hot tub. Not suitable for a 65 site family rv park. The building that houses showers, laundry and a small arcade was nice and clean. The laundry is reasonably priced, but beware the dryers take 3 cycles to dry towels. The creek is gorgeous! The paths are very kept up. We had the most fun walking through the creek. It had rained pretty heavily the night before so there was plenty of flow. Firewood was a pile of leftover scrap from a mill, left out uncovered at the entrance. It was so waterlogged we were unable to start a fire the next night. It’s not bundled, you have to grab as many pieces as you can hold and carry them across the park. There was no offer to deliver when we subtly mentioned the difficulty. Also, there is no garbage pick up. You again have to haul it all the way to the park entrance. It’s weird it’s not centrally located or at the very least offered on the other side of the park.

We have stayed twice at Big Creek RV Park in Annapolis MO and highly recommend it! The sites are spacious, with full hookups, and the facilities are wonderful. The owners are so nice and welcoming! There are lots of activities available in the campground as well as nearby, within a 30-40 minute drive. If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway, this is a great choice!

We stay at this RV Park quite often. We love the owners and always enjoy going there. You will find all the amenities clean and well kept. Alot of great things to do around the campground and in the surrounding area. If you are looking for a family friendly place to camp, this is your place. Perfect place for a family getaway or just a place to relax and do nothing.

We have been going to Big Creek RV park for years. Big Creek is our go to place when we head down to that area. The campground is spacious and the amenities are great. They don’t gouge you for wood prices for fires I. The pits. The pool is small but nice. Big Creek has a few swimming holes down stream from the campground. Patty and Craig the owners are great. Very helpful and friendly every time we go. Keep up the great work!!!

We camped here our second time out with our camper. The owners were very helpful about getting us in on a busy holiday weekend. We had the best time. Our kids did not want to leave. The park is clean and well kept. The owners were excellent!!! It's a short drive to Johnson Shutt- Inns and Elephant Rock. We will definitely be back to this area and will stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!!

Nice campground near several attractions. Small, but very nice pool. Great for kids as the deep end is just 5.5 ft. Awesome creek behind campgrounds. Hostess very friendly. She works hard keeping the grounds and bath house clean. All the wood you want for just $3.00 a day. My only complaint is no concrete pads or roads, and not much shade at our site (108). Nice hiking paths running along the creek. Never could get wifi to work, and cable was mainly news programs. Did not really care as we were busy outside most of time

Thank you for the great review! I'm so glad you had such a nice time! Stop in at the office next time and we'll help you out with your wi-fi issues. As we are a Plan-It-Green Park (we've won the national award 2 times), we leave our roads unpaved for the green benefits. The gravel filters the pollutants from the vehicles, so that they do not pollute the creek. We sure hope you get to come visit us again sometime--we enjoyed having you here at our park! :) Patty Claney, owner

Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Cost per night for a camper is $36-$39 (2 adults; includes kids 15 & under...up to 8 persons per site). Each additional person age 16 & over is $3/night. We only have RV/camper sites--we don't have any tent camping facilities. Thanks for asking, and have a GREAT day! :) Patty Claney, owner
