Wow, such a horrible scary experience this evening. I checked into the room dropped off our belongings and headed to my family’s immediately. Upon arriving back to the room I discovered two giant spiders on the inside of the window by my bed. In the living room there was a heater/air conditioning system that was unplugged , I quickly realized there had been a fire with the plug and the plug in on the wall had also one time been on fire they were both Burnt to a crisp! I had not one smoke detector in my room as well, just some wires where one use to be. The couch had weird stuff on it along with a lot of animal hair. The dead bolt wouldn’t work unless we pushed up on the door and I can’t forget to mention that the beds looked like someone had laid in both of them. I didn’t feel safe and felt the room wasn’t up to code , in fact had there been a fire how would I have known ?!?! I went to the desk, myself and my friend who was staying in the room with me. John greeted us at the counter and my friend immediately proceeded to show him the pictures and he became very defensive saying he knew nothing about it and he usually works midnights. We also was unaware of the pool and hot tub not being able to be used and still being charged full price and no breakfast. John said your friend won’t stop nit picking would you just like to leave and get ur money back. Never once did he say sorry but instead gave us attitude and gave us a key to another room. Needless to say we left . The staff was rude and the room was/is dangerous!

Awesome customer service with all amenities. Pool, fitness centers maintained well. The rooms were well maintained, perfectly cleaned and smelled good. A/C was also working good. Overall I would like to give a Thumps up for the service they have provided.

Horrible experience! Our balcony rails were broken. The pool area didn't even smell clean, smelled like mold. There was mold on the ceilings. The pool and hot tub water looked green. Was disgusting. Then they over charged our account twice after we left and had a heck of a time getting ahold of them to get our money back. Don't think I'll ever take my family there again!!!!

We arrived to find the entire hotel dirty. Floors are dirty, pool is dirty, water is murky and yellow, they had just cleaned our room and it was still dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude and the whole place smelled like vomit. Highly recommend staying elsewhere.
