We stayed here for 4 days. The accessibility is good from this place to Auburn hills, Rochester hills, Great Lakes mall. They have grab and go breakfast available. The utensils provided to us was in very bad condition. We asked them to change our room as bed was not comfortable and was making lot of noise. It is ok to stay here considering the location.

My friend and I were in town for the Senior Olympics and we stayed at this hotel Friday & Sat and checked out Sunday. We found the staff friendly and helpful. We were on the main floor and parking was free. This hotel is a no frills type of stay. You have a kitchen and fridge in your room. It is an efficiency type set up. Cleaning is only by request and not regular.. Wifi is good, TV works and rhe beds are comfortable. There is no restaurant but there is an Appleby’s walking distance along with a few other chains. The area isvery safe to walk around and Starbucks is just around the corner.

For sheer convenience in visiting Oakland University on the Auburn Hills/Rochester border you can't beat this Extended Stay. It's about a block from the school's main entrance, surrounded by restaurants, and right across the street from the Auburn Hills municipal complex. The room was quiet, clean, neat, well kept. The only drawback is that you have to ask the desk for dishes, glasses, and such for the kitchenette. There aren't a great many amenities at this motel, but for the $52 I paid for my room on Agoda you can't beat this place with a stick.

This place was scary. Be prepared to sleep with your coat on and hood up. When we checked in, we were informed that their system was down so they didn't have our reservation. So they had to photocopy my credit card and I.D.. which is weird since we booked and paid through a third party. The woman working at the front desk was hanging out with her partner and infant son in the lobby during the evening so when my S.O had to go ask her for some shampoo and conditioner (since there were none in the room), he had to approach them which was.. uncomfortable and quite sad. Men were arguing/yelling all night in the hallways, and we also received a random phone call to our room at about 3 AM which was extremely annoying. We came because needed to be in town early the next morning so we decided to stay the night before instead of driving early. We were looking for something economic, but got a little more than we bargained for with this one.

We came to this hotel after our performance and nobody was at front desk for about 30 minutes. After we complained that we waited so long the receptionist got rude and defensive. It took her another 30 minutes to finally give us the room keys. I called and emailed this location to let them know about very bad service and they didn't get back. So thanks for being rude and thanks for not caring about customers!!
