Unique room, great service and amenities--loved that it was within walking distance to U of M and area attractions. We wanted a local (less than an hour) trip during Christmas break. Town was kind of deserted, but that was a good thing! The room where we had breakfast was filled with collectable toys that brought back memories (I refuse to...

I booked AABB twice close together, and both were short notice. None the less, they were happy to accommodate our needs. The suites are themed and really cool. A couple of them have hot tubs, and we got one of those for a couple nights on one of my bookings. There is a wonderful breakfast in the morning with fresh...

Every winter we like to get away with a overnight stay in A2 with a dinner and visit to The Ark. Ann Arbor B&B was clean, comfortable and within close walking to downtown, The bed was comfortable with firm support and bathrooms clean. The hot tub was a little disappointing with poor jet circulation but maybe it is just old. Breakfast...

Bob and Pat, the owners and hosts, are wonderful, and we always enjoy our stays. Great breakfasts, great conversations, and comfortable and clean rooms. Since our daughter started at University of Michigan, their B & B has been our first pick when we are on campus. The only down side (for us) is that they have MANY fans, so sometimes...

My favorite BnB anywhere in the country actually! And we travel a lot. Pat and Bob are very friendly and helpful. Always available to advise. There are so many adorable artifacts to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Charleston room. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day/evening and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was the perfect location for our activities downtown and on the University Campus. The only thing was we did not ask how to control the heat in the room. You may want...

I booked this stay for my 21-year old son on a short notice. He was in Ann Arbor for an interview and tour of the UM Pharmacy College. This was my son's first stay in a B&B and he really enjoyed it. He said that Pat was a terrific host and went out of his way to make him feel...

This is a jewel of a find. Great location to campus. Clean with great staff, awesome breakfast. Not updated if that is your thing but feels homey and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will be returning for our next trip.

Accommodations were immaculate. Service was excellent. Bed was a little squeaky for ... extra curricular activities, but otherwise comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and wholesome. Best of all, the price was affordable for the location and accommodation. Would defonitely recommend!
