#9 of 41 B&Bs / Inns in Sucre
The beautiful Casa de Huespedes Condor B&B is situated in the heart of the Historic Centre of Sucre, in the middle of the churches and best known colonial buildings of the city. It is only two blocks from the main square 25 de Mayo. The old house, like the other houses around, has two courtyards, one with pillars and a fountain, the other with comfortable chairs where you can sit in the sun. Its enchanting atmosphere invites you to read and relax. Perfect for long stays, whether it be for tourism, studying or business. We have sunny, well-ventilated single, double, quadruple and matrimonial rooms with shared or private bathrooms, surrounded by courtyards. Each room with its desk, wardrobe and night table. All the rooms include breakfast. If you would like to prepare your own food, there is a fully equipped kitchen for all the clients in the second courtyard. Anything you need, you only have to ask. We offer information about tourism and we can recommend a good school or a Spanish teacher. We offer laundry service at a good price.

This place is an oasis within the centre of Sucre but do bear in mind it is slap bang in the middle of Sucre, so can be a tad noisy at points. The owners are exceptionally helpful and breakfast was brilliant, it includes either pancakes, donuts or scrambled eggs all made fresh. It has a beautiful courtyard to relax in and actually has HOT WATER! One negative is WiFi is hit and miss but would definitely recommend nonetheless.

We ended up staying here for 12 days, it was soooo nice! Amazing place to relax and learn Spanish in sucre, great breakfast they would add something different everyday (Although sometimes not ready at 8). Really nice outdoor area, room was nice, hot showers, perfect location. Roxanna was really lovely, she invited and cooked us a family dinner!

The guest house is in a beautiful building and well situated and offers a good breakfast. However we were disappointed with a couple of things that tarnished our stay a little bit. First was the unreliable showers that were temperamental to say the least. Often cold in the mornings and afternoon. When I mentioned to the staff they didn't seem to believe us which was a bit dissapointing. Another thing was that even though we stayed for 4 nights we still paid more than the booking.com price again the staff sort of shrugged this off. I've never stayed at a hotel when you are 'rewarded' for booking several nights and going direct by paying more than the internet price which was a shame

We stayed in the b&b for 4 nights. The breakfast was fine. But we had to do a lot of laundry. So we gave it to the receptionist and he would take care of it. At the time we got it back we quite fast figured out we lost a sweater. We told the male receptionist who rudely answered that we need to have a better look in our bags. At the end it wasn’t in the bags. The day afterwards we found out we lost a scarf, which wasn’t found at the laundry as well (just as the sweater). We left quite disappointed, also with the lack of help of the receptionist. Today we arrived in another town and we found out we lost a tanktop as well! Which means we already lost 3 pieces of clothes while doin one laundry!! I even think we lost more stuff, which we will found out soon. So my advice: don’t do laundry at the b&b, and they won’t help you if you lost something.
