We had a very pleasant stay in Casa Verde. René, the Belgium owner makes you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is superb.
We were able to use the kitchen so we could do our own cooking.

This will be an issue for you just about everywhere in Sucre (if not Bolivia generally). I managed to succeed with a few Skype calls at Casa Verde from my room, with my computer hugging the window, but it often didn't work.
Another visitor there and I decided that the problem was more an issue of internet in Sucre rather than at Casa Verde. At certain times of the day the service everywhere gets very slow and there's some logic behind the pattern of it working and not working (like when children are let out of school) but it's a thing for sure.
Maybe another place will work better but Casa Verde is a jewel of a place to stay and I'm not too sure the internet elsewhere is going to be much better (maybe if you find a place that has it's won line). Good luck.
