We stayed here for 3 nights and it was definitely the best hostel we stayed in the whole of South America for a number of reasons: The beds are huge, like doubles and no bunk beds. The hostel was always warm in communal areas and in the rooms. We had a private bathroom in our room of 5 and the... More

This widely recommended hostel is located just a few minutes from the city center. For 50 bs. I got a comfortable bunk bed in a dorm room next to the common area where it's nice to sit, relax, use the ok-working wi-fi, talk to other travellers and pet the chatty cat that inhabits the hostel. Water in the shower is... More

Really friendly staff and great breakfast with staff bringing you coffee, pancakes and fresh juice as soon as you sit down. Cheap accommodation between 50-70 bolivianos a night and well located. Booked the mine tour through here and was all very easy!!!!

Compared to other low budget places in Potosi, this hotel was warm and spacious. Nice common area where Wifi worked well. Good breakfast. Kitchen facility, Comfortable beds. Clean. The owner is service minded. In this price category: the best place in town.

Convenient location. Nice atmosphere. Easy to meet other travellers. Friendly staff. Common area spacious and comfortable. Wifi was ok, signal could be reached in rooms too. Laundry available (15 Bol per kg); check that you get back everything! The 4-bed dorm was spacious and beds comfortable (70 Bol). 8-bed dorm was if I recall correclty 50 Bol. Breakfast consisted of... More

Potosi is not an expensive city so 180bs for a double room is too much IMO. The breakfast was OK except for the fact that the cafe con leche tasted not very food due to the either old or poor quality of the used milk. Furthermore do not just Take their mine tour. Do your homework First and go and... More

I stayed in a room with 4 beds and a private bathroom ensuite with a wonderful breakfast included for 60Bs/night. Warm staff, ample kitchen facilities, great hot shower, three blocks from the main plaza. Highly recommended. The mine tour they offer is very well run and an absolutely extraordinary, but strenuous experience !!!

This was a good hostel for the price. Well located with decent wifi. Nice choice of fruits for breakfast! My only gripe was that security seemed a bit lacking, the front door was always left open often with no one in reception... But other than that a good hostel.

This place is located in a quite alley just three blocks from the main-square. All rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The four-bed dorm was a bit cramped but ok. Bets are comfortable and there's heating (gas). There's only a few bath-tooms but they are all spacious and the showers have hot-water with good water-pressurel. Wifi is somewhat stable and... More

This is a nice hostel with a good breakfast (if you get there early enough). It was nice to have kitchen facilities. Going to Potosi around Christmas was really nice as the whole place had a good atmosphere. The hostel was five minutes walk or so from the banks and a little further from the main square. We did the... More
