We arrived in the charming city of Potosi, only to be grossly dissapointed with accommodation that we faced. We booked a double room with private bathroom at what we thought was a decent price. The moment we got into the room we found the bathroom floor was completely flooded from where the toilet was leaking. They had a cola bottle...

We paid 119 BOB/night for a double bedroom with shared bathroom. We booked through TripAdvisor / Orbitz and received confirmation of our reservation, but the hotel did not. Thankfully there was a room available (we were given a triple). PROS: - Room is spacious. - Wifi works (only in reception area). - Location is central. - Cheap, budget hostel with...

Big hostel with a really nice common area to chill and use the wifi. Unfortunately the demand is too strong for the wifi connection. Shared bathrooms are also a bit average and there are only 2 on the ground floor for multiple rooms. In saying that it does the job with a nice double bed room and a decent basic...

It's nice, in the center, we had a double room which might needs an update but it was nice. Breakfast was ok, first breakfast in a while which had bananas, and a yogurt drink. It was quite busy at the moment.

This hostel isn't awful in terms of rooms/bathrooms- though not the cleanest and smelt old. However, it still made me really angry. If you're looking for a really helpful travellers refuge, don't come here. It felt like they were trying to get every boliviano they could out of us. For example- they had a big DVD collection but they asked...

The wifi never works well (NEVER), We couldn't have hot water more than two minutes, they offer a tour to the mine for 80pesos (sometimes 100, it depends of your face i guess). saying 5 hours with an ex-minor, but it was 3hour with a woman (and women don't work in the mine). Not helpfull, trying to sell you evertything....

Only paid 40 Bs for the dorm which is a tiny space. When the whole form was occupied you could barely see the floor because of the bags. Wifi is good but you have to be in certain areas to use it. It's cold in Potosi but the beds have tons of blankets and I only had to use half...

I give it Five Tripadvisor-stars as you get Valuta for your money. An individual room costs 60bs, including breakfast with fresh juice and good coffee, wifi with Skype quality, and hot showers. The hostel also organizes excellent tours to the mines every morning at 8:30 for 80/100 bs. Perfect place if you have a couple of days in Potosi.

This hotel is so-so. The price is pretty good but we didn't get the room we ordered (we reserved a large bed with private bathroom and instead got a room with no bathroom and 2 single beds). Breakfast was included but it was literally just stale bread, juice, coffee and bananas. Apparently is does have heating but only in the...

Beds were very hard, room smelled old :) breakfast was quite nice with yoghurt and fruit (although served in dog bowls). Showers/toilets not the cleanest but alright. Reception not very helpful. Building is so pretty, could be so much more.
