Hotel Monterilla is well run, clean and the staff is very attentive to your needs. You can walk anywhere in Vina del Mar in a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast is basic, rooms adequate, but there is no elevator and most rooms involve climbing stairs. There is no AC and the climate keeps you cool at night, but...

Stayed only one night before a cruise and were almost sorry to leave! Unless you are impossible to please I highly recomend it. Very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. For a hotel booked on internet, site unseen, we were very pleased!

My husband and I had booked this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews. Usually I have been happy with recommendations from this website, but this hotel was an exception. We were given a room with a nice view of the small inlet and the street. The windows were open when we arrived, and even though it was winter, we didn't think...

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Monterilla Hotel. Made reservation via Internet, got confirmation right away. Room was quiet and had the necessary amenities. Bed was comfortable. Had no problem with the parking (and you need it). Location is great, very centric and everything is a simple walk away to nice restaurants, the casino and the beach. Wireless worked...

We booked the Cruise Tourist special which included transfers from the airport and to the pier, plus a Pisco Sour drink. We hoped for a worry-free pre-cruise visit especially since our Spanish skills are rudimentary -- pre-booking as much as possible seemed the way to go. This deal proved to be completely worry-free as we were met after the flight...

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel - it's really well furnished with modern decor and all the newest amenities. The room is a bit on the small side, but perfectly comfortable. The staff is professional and nice. The location can't be beat - there are no views of the sea, but it's along the canal, just across...

With the best location in Viña, this small and cozy hotel is the smartest choice. Service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very plesant. Good times there.

Traveling with a handicapped person can make hotels in countries other than the USA a bit of a challenge. Usually only the large chains have accessible rooms, and even they don´t have them in some cities, so we have learned to make do with what was at hand. Handicap Accessible: This hotel, while it wasn´t fully handicapped accessible (did not...

I stayed there for a week in february. The staff was really great, very helpful and they spoke fluent english. The room was very clean, the internet connection was enough fast in the room and I never had a problem with that. The breakfast was good, great location, only some meters from the big Casino and the ocean. I really...
