The crew was acommodating, overall was a pleasant stay. There was a slight problem with air quality, we smelled smoke from the ac duct but the crew immediately took care of the issue...

The sheff at the market was also amazing helped us to find vegan options at dinner and even prepered food specially for us... The management provided me with a mirror and an extention lead but this is something the owners need to address , As the bath is free standing we had to drape our washing and swim wear over the bath - not ideal The food in the Market was average and breakfast was crowded with buisness men walking around eating as they gathered food and on the only two occasions I wanted to eat at night found at 8 30 there was nothing really available...

...As a diamond Hilton member, they acknowledged me with every interaction... Part of my benefits was an upgrade to a beautiful suite and a special gift dessert to celebrate our special event... The selection is plenty and the service amazing... The complimentary executive lounge, which included small bites and a happy hour was superb, again service and selection amazing... The pool and gym very well kept... Taxis are easily accesible and they can take you to all major attractions... There is a supermarket around the corner to get quick snacks... Thank you Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor city for making room 3126 feel like a far away home and a magical escape …thanks for making our 20th anniversary a memorable one...

...The staff is very helpful in the reception Shaihah and vinston helped us a lot and Sajid the concierge also helped us a ton in ordering tickets to even ordering food online. The sheff at the market was also amazing helped us to find vegan options at dinner and even prepered food specially for us... They even upgraded our room and gave us cake for our honey moon...

...The dining room is on the 5th floor and overlooks the "Canal River" and the "Infinity Bridge". Sitting here and eating feels like you are on top of the world...

Very clean spacious room equipped with everything. The front desk receptionist "Shaimah" was very friendly and helpful in checking us in and selecting the rooms... The breakfast buffet was nice in quality and quantity but may be missing a little on varaity of items...

...We arrived late on Friday night to a very busy reception check in took some time but it was the weekend, we got upgraded to a Khalifa/canal view on a high floor which was an amazing view. We had access to the executive lounge which was in fact very good and staff there were excellent, evening canapés were excellent and they kept refreshing them... Pool was excellent also but the Sun only appeared at 11 o’clock due to the high buildings around the hotel all three pools were all joined on the same level which took in the V hotel and Habtoor palace plenty of sunbeds so no problem there... We received a free show tickets to see La Perle which was a nice gesture... An easy place to stay close to everything and managed to do a Horse Stable visit which are situated behind the hotel a short walk away... Definitely stay here again due to its value for money location and excellent staff...

Terrific experience at the Hilton in Dubai Al Habtoor City! Our room was gorgeous and spacious with a great view, and it amazed us every time we walked in... The buffet at The Market has everything you can think of and more, with one of our favorite parts being the coffee station, where the baristas will make you any kind of coffee you can think of... A special shout-out to our attendants Gurpreet and Manya who made sure we were well taken care of, took pride in their work, and were incredibly generous of spirit; and to Cheigaryin who prepared the most flavorful food daily... Everywhere you go in this hotel you are bound to find the hardest working staff, including Hana and Mousta at the front desk who made sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect; and Andre, our bellhop, who was super friendly and went the extra mile for us... He picked us up from the airport and took us back, drove us to different places in style, and also gave us an INCREDIBLE tour of Dubai, describing everything we were seeing, stopping at all the great spots for us to take in the different attractions, and even offering to take photos of us wherever we went... There are so many things we didn't even have time to try, given our excursions, but we look forward to coming back - for the amenities, yes, but also for the people...

...Had a great kosher breakfast at the Hilton Dubai. Deepak, Aman, Ana's and Asief were gracious and helpful... The food was plentiful and delicious So convenient to be able to have a fresh kosher breakfast in Dubai...

...I stay regularly to this hotel for business purpose and the employees are very attentive to us. The buffet is incredible with lots of choice and top quality... The waiters are here to make this moment very pleasant especially a waiter named Lal who is very very helpful... The rooms are very spacious with an incredible view... I recommand this hotel if you come to Dubai...

My family and I stayed in this Hilton while we were touring Dubai and visiting family. The reception and concierge were so nice for our entire stay... Hailing taxis in this central location was very easy to go all around Dubai... I would like to give a special shout-out to Yogesh for his hospitality during our stay...

Breakfast : the market offers various stations and chefs the staff at all the stations are very accommodating especially the Chinese section... Service from the breakfast staff is always attentive and they remember which drinks you would like ... The pool areas: lovely cabanas and plenty of space ... Pool staff are very friendly, Thank you Sainath and team... In room dining was fabulous especially during Ramadan , thank you Shashank... Room and Housekeeping : lovely canal and Burj Khalifa views ... Rakibul, dulshani, zaid always do a fabulous job , and Shrivel is always attentive to guests... The hallways are clean and smell nice too... Executive lounge : We enjoy the lounge facilities and hope they return to a more fully functional Hilton standard lounge in the near future... This a a great hotel option for families or bussiness in Dubai offering facilities for all ... Plenty if restaurants onsite and nearby... Shuttle services to beach and mall is a bonus...

...From very first steps it everythings was excellent or at least very good. Reception and check-in was easy and quick... A lot of staff in lobby to help you with everything all the time... Very clean, spacious and we were welcome with cake, macaroons and fresh fruits platter... As we request high floor with Burj Khalifa view, it was no problem to get it and it was amazing... The room was cleaned everyday and it was done very well... Folded new towels, all surface cleaned and carpet was hoovered everytime... Moving to facilities - pool was kept nice and clean, as the hotel is more like bussiness hotel, wasn't too crowded... Pool was a quiet place which we prefere... If you like going to Dubai Mall or Jumeirah Beach you have a free shuttle bus from the hotel and pick up from locations... Also you have a few cooking station (pasta, omlette, noodle)... Overall we were very happy about hotel, staff, food and location... Everybody was very helpuf and always go this extra mile... I stayed at this hotel with my family and had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and clean as well as this the service from Annet, Malick, Chef Abudalla and Chinna in The Market Restaurant was amazing... Also every morning in the restaurant we were greeted wonderfully by Gurpreet who was very accommodating and friendly... Ismoil was also very helpful and provided wonderful service...
