I’m not normally one for leaving reviews however I felt this place deserves a massive recommendation! During my stay in Dubai (first time visiting) I couldn’t have decided on where is best for me to stay so I chosen a few Hilton properties and actually tried 5 of them! This one (The V-hotel) by far have exceeded my expectations! And, yes if you ask me other properties are beautiful and perfect for many different reasons! However, only the V-hotel made that extra effort to make it more magical for me! That little gesture of cakes in a room as a welcome and very friendly staff member checking me in on my arrival… made me come back in here for my final night in Dubai! Moreover, I do absolutely adore the very unique and unusual design of the hotel 🏨. Definitely a place I would love to return in near future! Thanks to Hussien for his incredible help during my stay at the property

We stayed in the hotel in December 2019, but had no time to leave the review. Our stay was amazing! I would like to thank all the staff, who made our vacation unforgettable. The level of service is very high and it is very pleasant to be a guest of that hotel. The hotel itself is also great. It is located in the nice place, the canal view is really magnificent. The interior design is unusual and modern, you feel like you are in an unearthly place. Moreover, all the facilities are made for guests and you feel yourself here relaxed. There are a couple of pools that you can visit, get a sun tan, drink a tasty cocktail and have a really good rest. The breakfast is also good, a choice of different dishes and cuisines is offered to guests and we had an opportunity to get different breakfast every single day. We also enjoyed bar on the reception floor and Korean restaurant. Really delicious! Also want to mention the shuttle - it is a good way to get to the beach or the Dubai mall, it was very convenient for us. The cleaning of the rooms was always good, it was pleasant to come back to the room and feel clean and fresh air around. There are also some small disadvantages like the hotel inside looks shabby and a bit old, but the staff and service made it so that it didn’t catch my eye too much. In the end of my review, I want to mention some team members that made our stay better: Natalia, Philip, Robert Sajin, Iris, Khine, Raj, Bella. Thanks a lot! We really recommend this hotel to stay.

We has stayed here over Christmas and New Year and cannot fault it! We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, we were let into breakfast whilst our room was being cleaned to then have a super early check in at approx 9:30. Rooms were very spacious and we had a lovely view. Pool area was not great however we are out mostly throughout the daytime so this did not effect us. High rise bar is also great, we had drinks here a couple of nights and the service we received was amazing, would definitely recommend!

The staff here are amazingly friendly and chatty with a very genuine feel to the interactions rather than forced and over the top. Our suite room was very large with good amenities and the location is good - especially with the choice of restaurants and bars in the Al Habtoor complex.
The pools are also lovely areas but it was a bit chilly so we didnt use them.
The male waiters at breakfast (i didnt catch their names) were attentive and friendly as was the hostess and everyone was excellent and remembering details and preferences.

I had informed Duty manager Bassem Gendy that I was going to arrive at midnight through email and he made it a point to be there to welcome me when I arrived. I stayed at the V hotel 3 times during this trip, all three times Mr. Baseem, Mr. Said, and Ms. Maryam acknowledged my Hilton Diamond status and gave me an upgrade to some of their best suits. They are the best reception team I have seen, they go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. I love their Valor suite, one of the best suites I have stayed at, but I say one of the best because Mariam upgraded me to the V suite for one of my stays, which was the best suite I've ever stayed in. The V suite has more than enough room for you to host guests in the living room while having a huge bedroom along with it. I had invited business guests and friends on different occasions and all of them were very impressed by the suite. Onto the service, Anything anytime actually does deliver on it's name, I call them at midnight asking for some rock glasses and they will be in my room in no more than 5 mins, which is very quick for a hotel this big, this is just one example. The housekeeping team did a great job, I was able to get a few names Meha and Alam were great at following requests, I had guests coming over and I needed my room cleaned quickly and they made my room spotless within 10 mins. Onto one of my favorite elements of the hotel, the Executive lounge, the staff there makes me feel like im at home. They remembered me and my preferences even after 6 months. Specially would like to mention Robert, George, Raj, Grace and Najmullah for making my stay amazing, I was not able to take down names for a couple of other very helpful people, but let me tell you everyone at the lounge are true gems, best staff that are very attentive to your needs and deliver the executive feel to the executive lounge. This time the food was even better at their executive lounge, they had limitations due to covid restrictions last time, but this time they had an amazing spread for the evening happy hour. The Guest relations team were very helpful as well, Kymbat and Valeria helped me with multiple things, my print outs reached my room within mins of me requesting for them. The Ribs and brews restaurant was my absolute favorite, I love their buffalo chicken wings, the sauce is just amazing. The staff at Ribs and brews are amazing, Akshay, Jayar and Brish were great, always loved to bring my guests there as I knew the service would be great. Other names I wanted to mention would be Hilman, Dispal, Rafik, Taiyab, I cant associate their names with their faces right now, but I had taken their cards for a reason, and that is because they did an excelent job. The V hotel will always be my favorite hotel in Dubai thanks to the amazing staff members and their hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Baseem Gendy, thank you for being so accomodative.

In general, it is a nice hotel. The check in was really good and special thanks to Melissa and Ismail. The room is very good and I felt like I am in a space ship. View is fantastic. Valet parking available at the entrance. A lot of outlets inside and around the other connected hotels. Check out was fast. 2 negative points to address : - called the in-dining service to ask for a bucket of ice and to my surprise, they asked to charge me AED30,00 !! ( 8€ ) !!! This is totally unacceptable, especially when I stay in other Hilton hotels worldwide and they never ask that charge for ice. I even stayed few days earlier in Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor which belongs to the same group and is located next to V hotel and they didn’t charge me for ice!!! They can install ice machine somewhere if it is a problem !!
- The amenities inside the room is limited !! No toothbrush, No shaving set !!

This hotel is part of Hilton Al Habtoor, is a complex of 3 hotels. The hotel is very modern and stylish, I am a Diamond Member and I have been upgraded to a Round Bed V Suite which was amazing.
The hotel also has an executive lounge with a really nice happy hour . During the normal hours doesn’t have many options but happy hour is great. They even do cocktails.
The check in is on the 30th floor next to the V Lounge where there are amazing views.
Breakfast is great with plenty of options including indian, chinese and few others.
The hotel has a shuttle bus that can take you to the beach of one of their sister hotels. The beach is in a prime location in Dubai Marina and its really beautiful, with a small football pitch, table tennis and several swimming pools.
All in all this hotel is really good value for the money which lately its getting worse and worse at Hilton Properties around the world.

I and my wife stayed at the V Hotel from 3rd March to 8th March 2020 for our Honeymoon. Fro the moment we entered the lobby the staff took good care of us, our luggage was taken to the room by the bell boy. Hotel lobby is on the 30th floor overlooking the city of Dubai and has a beautiful view with a bar right next to it. we were given a deluxe room om the 10th floor, it had view of the firefly pool and the other buildings in AL HABTOOR city, the architecture and the interior designing of this hotel is futuristic and beautiful. Breakfast buffet has vast variety of items on it with indian,arabian,continetial cuisine all of which is delicious and fresh. The most important and good point is that the staff at Hotel V is really helpful and goes out of their way to help the guests ad male them feel special. Mr.Yusoof was really nice to us and upgraded our room to big suite which had a marvelous view of the Dubai canal. We are thankful to the Hotel staff for making our Honeymoon special.

There is a daily shuttle that will take you from the hotel to Dubai Mall and bring you back. It also goes to Habtoor Grand Beach Resort and brings you back. Departs three times a day to the beach, and four times a day to the mall. V Hotel is physically connected to two other hotels: the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City and the Habtoor Palace. The shuttle picks up and drops off in front of the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. I took it several times to Dubai Mall and it was not crowded. I didn’t get to take it to the beach. Hope this helps.
