It's really a very nice and worthy stay in Ibis One WTC, I booked through Almosafer applications which was far cheaper than Booking.com whereas I'm a frequent flyer there. Room is slightly tight but spaces is consumed well, bathroom is average... Breakfast is WOW, I likes the service was provided by chef of egg and help of James and I enjoyed food outdoor while smoking and feed the birds. There is a free access to Novotel spa and pool and also the morning juggling surrounding the building is OK!
If you are in a visit to WTC, it should be your first choice to have direct access to the exhibition

Ibis One Central has a distinct advantage considering location and connectivity. The Front Office team is quite friendly and do try their utmost to make patrons comfortable despite high turnover at the property. However, there are issues with Housekeeping and Kitchen. Each housekeeping staff has to complete ~28 rooms per shift. Most tend to use the same cloth to wipe the floor and the pot. The kitchen lacks a proper Indian chef and makes a mess of Indian cuisine. Most asian guests make a mockery of social distancing when travelling in the hotel elevators.

While write a review, i prefer to do this point wise ,to make more understandable The thing I love most of this hotel is cleanliness. Be it lobby, corridor or room , everywhere is it clean and shining. The location of this property is also a point to be shared. Very close to world trade centre, so availing Dubai Metro is just few step to walk. The hotel has two Resturant , the ambient of 'Oak' is very freshing. And the other one, Cuban Kotto,the bar has a nostalgic touch with a small dance floor. I like the food , served in Bar , moor than that of OAK. The staffs are very very courteous and helpful. It was a pleasant stay in Dubai in this hotel.

The things I enjoyed the most about this hotel was the quiet and convenient location, the decent rooms, the breakfast, and the awesome group of people who run the restaurant. The manager, Mr. Khan, and the waiting staff, especially, Raju, Ranjit and Anjali were extremely hospitable.
I would definitely recommend Ibis One Central, Dubai to anyone looking for a resasonably priced, conveniently located hotel with clean, decent rooms, with good food served by an outstanding group of people. I had an amazing experience.

Another great stay at Ibis One Central, very quick check in and out process, professional and pleasant people at reception where Mr. Majd and Mr. Milad have welcomed me with a smile and a handshake. Perfectly located for my business the facilities are good and fairly new. Some rooms have also views on the famous Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future with its distinctive facade (room 1541). Varied and always fresh breakfast made even better by the restaurant Staff, these guys are exceptionally polite and always go the extra mile with a smile. In particular I would like to mention some people that have made my stay away from my family less painful.... Mr. Pradyumna, Ms. Anita, Ms. Raveene, Ms. Clarissa, and ultimately Mr. Harisson the Manager of the Breakfast Team. Thank you very much guys & see you soon again.

High quality of cleanliness is visible upon entry of the hotel. You can see housekeeping staff constantly checking/cleaning the areas. They are also very approachable and courteous.
Their breakfast offer is also amazing. You can choose from wide array of options freshly prepared for you - fruits, greens and breads and so much more.
Customer service is also commendable.

Hello,I had been to Dubai recently in the month of December 2020 on a business trip with clients for a week.One day in the afternoon we all decided to drop into ibis one Central hotel in Dubai for lunch. It was cosy in the afternoon when we reached at ibis one central. Their staff members greeted and welcomed us with a pleasant smile. We went to wok and co restaurant. Wok and co staff member miss anjali not only escorted us to our table but she also ensured that our needs were taken care off. She handed over the menu card to us for different varieties of food to choose from and she also recommended appropriate food and speciality of wok and co restaurant to us. To my delight, it was a wonderful experience that I had of being into Ibis one central and specially at the wok and co restaurant. Food which we were served was very delicious. And being away from my home country India,I felt like I am having food at my home, their food was that delicious. I found miss anjali to be very helpful and more knowledgeable about speciality in food which wok and co serve. Despite restaurant being so busy because of afternoon lunch time, all the tables were full and I found miss anjali to be more active than the other staff members as she was also handling side stations, looking after other guest tables and was busy in attending to other guest and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.one thing which I liked the most about her is her smile and her confidence level. We stayed at the Ibis One Central hotel for a month and are very satisfied with our choice. The perfect location, right near to the metro station (5 minutes by walk), 3 stops to Burj Khalifa and fountains (or 30-40 minutes by walk), 1 stop to Museum of the Future and Dubai Frame. The only thing might be a bit better are rooms as they are not too modern and rather small but they always were served and cleaned well. Generally, the people are the best thing about this place - by our request reception provided us the Burj Khalifa view number, room cleaners were always friendly and responsive and of course the WOK and GO restaurant team - the perfect food and service and very friendly personnel (special thanks to Ram, Ranjit and Pragya). Next time we visit Dubai we will stay at this hotel with pleasure again!
