Detailed Reviews
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and the entire team especially the manager Mina Labib accommodated us by changing our room to an upgrade when we weren't satisfied. We had some noise issues and without any complaints Mr. Labib helped us out with our room to make our 10 nights and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
The food is priced very fairly and they have a downstairs all you can eat sushi bar.
We spent almost every night on the 2nd floor restaurant Al Baranda with a midnight snack and sheesha. The manager Shuker Ali Misbeh kept our sheesha with fresh coals before having to ask and had quick service.
If you want a central location to Dubai and want fair prices for accomodations then stay at Ramada. It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro Red line which connects you to just about all the key areas of Dubai. The restaurant outside the hotel are almost great and priced well.

The hotel staff is the best I have witnessed till date and I can say this confidently since i travel a lot. They are extremely polite, helpful and will ensure that the guests stay is comfortable throughout. The deluxe room is spacious and the beds and pillows were so conformable. The restaurants provide good options and delicious food which is fairly priced. There's also a Keralite owned restaurant next door which is amazing in case one is on a tighter budget. The hotel outsources the laundry and it was always neatly done and brought back in time. Taxis r available just outside the hotel so it becomes easy to get in the car and tavel around and to avoid standing in the heat for long waiting for a cab. The only cons of the hotel r that they provide Scandinavian size bath towels which r actually a smaller size compared to others. They don't have bigger size towels and these what they provide do not have high absorbing capacity. So i would suggest to carry ur own towel in case u depend on a bigger one. Secondly my room had a water retaining problem on the bathroom floor since the tiling was not in alignment and proper. It was not having the necessary slope for the ground water to flow inside the drain. So i would have to call the housekeeping frequently to get it manually cleaned. I am not sure if this problem persists in other rooms as well. Therefore for these 2 reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. My special thanks to Hassan, Aditi and Sahil of the front office Viju from the restaurant and Praveen from housekeeping. They r amazing people.

Since our vacation fell in August, and it was very hot in Dubai at that time, we chose the hotel based on the presence of a cool pool in the shade and its convenient location relative to the metro and the places we wanted to visit. The holiday was excellent, it was comfortable near the pool even during the day, you could spend hours on a sun lounger and periodically cool off in the pool. Special thanks to the hotel manager Osama. He speaks Russian well and is a very pleasant and friendly person. After our complaint about a noisy neighbor, Osama himself personally offered to move us to a quiet room on the 10th floor; this room turned out to be larger and more comfortable than the first. On his son’s birthday, they brought a very delicious cake to his room and congratulated him from the hotel!!! There are many grocery stores near the hotel and within walking distance there is a liquor store that serves only tourists over 21 years old with an original passport or driver's license. We walked to the metro at a calm pace in 12 minutes. The room was cleaned daily, a bottle of water per person, tea, coffee, sugar, and toiletries (ear sticks, etc.) were added every day. Our room had a balcony overlooking the desert, very beautiful 😍, things on the balcony dried instantly 🔥 A shuttle from the hotel took us to JBR beach for free, there are also shuttles to the outlet and Hills Mall, but we didn’t go there. The hotel is very clean, there are no insects at all. We didn’t take meals, sometimes we ordered food from the menu to the pool and to the room, everything was very tasty and beautifully decorated! On the day of departure from the hotel, we were allowed to stay by the pool after checking out of the room, our things were put in a storage room, we did not have to pay extra for late check-out and could comfortably spend another half a day on the hotel grounds))) All the staff were attentive and friendly to us. We will definitely come back to this hotel 😍

I spent in this hotel 3 days, and I’m sure if I would stay in hostel for 350$ it would be more nice! Cleaners don’t clean ur room, just giving water, for platters from food nobody come for two days, until the time when I ask them to take it. Delivery food are horrible, waited for pizza more than one hour, and in the and they didn’t even not apologise and didn’t bring a pizza at all. Staff doesn’t speak English normally, can’t explain u nothing. Fridge didn’t work, balcony was never cleaned, in bathroom sewer problem, after shower there not possible to standing.

Unfortunately we booked a 4 nights stay in this hotel, and it was non refundable.
Upon check in we clearly explained to the lady at the counter that we want a non smoking room away from the elevators.
We were given the exact opposite, a room filled with a terrible smoking smell and directly infront of the elevators.
When we requested a change of room the man at the reception was very rude, and he lied saying that all the rooms were full, a few minutes later someone from housekeeping came with a room spray, when we clearly stated that we want a different room.
The man from housekeeping tried to help, and found us another room that was joined to a smoking room through a door, it smelled like a mix of smoke and spoiled food, we were too tired to ask for anything else, and i had to sleep with a perfume bottle next to me to be able to tolerate the TERRIBLE SMELL.
Next morning we asked for a different room, for the same obvious reasons we have been stating since the first minute, Rami from the reception has been kind enough to find another room for us, i think he is the only person in this hotel that has customer service.
The rooms are outdated, unclean, the carpet and the sofas are stained.
I just wonder if the rooms are ever sanitized, because the cleaning itself is substandard.
I have seen a couple of guests at the elevator, lobby and breakfast area without masks, and no one speaks to them.
The breakfast is served in the table, it is a set menu, the choices are limited and it gets boring by the second day, the only good thing are the croissants served at breakfast.
The check out was very fast, again Rami at the reception handled this.
The hotel has deteriorated terribly since we last visited it maybe two years ago, and we definitely wont be visiting at all again.

Me and my partner stayed here and we loved it. I was amazed by the lobby cozy ambience and the room was great and clean. But the amenities was not great at all. There’s only one towel for the both of us, one bath gel and one shampoo. I immediately called the housekeeping department to bring us some extra. And we usually requesting for sleepers and dental kits every time we’re staying in a hotel. But i was surprised when they told me that i need to pay for the sleepers and dental kits.
We always visit different hotels and this is the first time that dental kits and sleepers are chargeable.
However, we enjoyed the breakfast and the food was tasty.

Excellent hotel! The room was large, one room, for three. In the room: TV, safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle. Cleaning daily, water bottles, tea bags and instant coffee are always replenished. Breakfast is normal, in my opinion - a large selection of dishes, everything is delicious, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ingredients of your choice, baked goods - the bomb, fruits: pineapple, melon, watermelon, plums, apples, everything is available, the only negative for me is the lack coffee machines, but it just depends on the hotels, some have them, some don’t, what was pleasing was the small number of people at breakfast, most often we went from 8 to 9 in the morning to have breakfast, remembering Turkish and Egyptian hotels when you stand in lines waiting for scrambled eggs or running around looking for a free table, there is simply no such thing here, a small thing, but we were pleased)) The hotel is located 15 minutes from the station. Dubai City Center metro station, convenient location (we chose an area closer to Dubai Marina, it’s too much to enjoy walking there in the evenings). There are small grocery stores nearby, and there is also a medium-sized Carrefour. There are cafes nearby to choose from. We mainly went to Golden Gate, next to the mosque and sports ground, very tasty and inexpensive. There is a free transfer to the JBR beach, we went there and back, you can do it on your own if you don’t want to be tied to a schedule, 2 metro stops, some prefer a taxi, there’s a shorter choice. We definitely recommend the hotel, although everyone, of course, has their own “individual” requirements, but everything suited us.

We had such a great time at Ramada barsha heights. We needed to get our room changed to a more private area and the staff, especially Meena, was so helpful and considerate and they were so quick with the change. The room was super clean and their service is excellent. We especially love the El Baranda cafe on the 2nd floor. That was our chill spot for our 10 day visit, the shisha was great (definitely try the bubble gum and berry mint flavour), the Shwarma was really nice and the staff at the cafe was again, excellent, special shoutout to Shuker, Aci and Misbeh! Barsha heights is also a great location because it is right in the middle of all the attractions and getting to places was not hard at all. The metro is also a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.
I dont write a lot of reviews but this place deserves one!!

Arrived here at 1am in the morning and realised we hadn’t booked in till the next morning but the reception booked us in for another night and upgraded us to a room with a balcony! The room was very nice and spacious and the bed was super comfy. The staff who cleaned our room were amazing and was always so nice going back to a clean room:) the air con was slightly cold which was good sometimes but other times too cold. The hotel was in an okay location with a shop next door and some restaurant near by. To get to the main tourist attractions they were about a 5/10 min Uber away which wasn’t too bad but too long to walk. Hotel was nice and a good price for in dubai never had any issues!
