This was a terrible experience Booked few days before New Years Eve with Accor as a gold member. Went to the hotel the day before new year eve to check the terrace for the fireworks, could find my booking after 30min The day of the checkin (31st Dec), the front staff refused my booking with points although Accor website enabled it, did not give any benefits associated to Accor gold member and forced me to pay the full price by credit card. Not a way to treat any customers especially when you reopen your hotel. The staff was not trained, did not know Accor loyalty program although Pullman is well inside it, could barely speak english, and the hotel is not that close from the burj khalifa, nor from the metro, in an area under construction, no pavement etc I will never put back a foot in this hotel…
Great edition to Pullman Branches in UAE, Pullman Dubai Downtown gladly surprised me as a regular guest in Pullman JLT. Place is great unfortunately Music is not pleasant for lounge bar. Staff highlight is Julie! Great engagement!
Disappointed with this hotel. The greeting was outstanding and so were a few of the staff members but overall, it just wasn't up to the standards we were expecting. The breakfast was pricy but absolutely abysmal, especially for a hotel of this standard, the room had a stale smell and needs to be renovated. Due to COVID everything was closed but not to the fault of the hotel's. On the plus side, it's in a good location not too far from the main city centre. I'd like to give a big thanks to KALUME - who was outstanding throughout our whole stay. Helpful and a real benefit to this hotel. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel and will not be coming back.
Everything turned out to be beautiful, except for the smell of aromatic aerosol in the room, too obsessive. This situation was quickly and kindly helped by an employee named Ayaz (Russian-speaking), bribed by his sincerity in the desire to help. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, good location, within walking distance to the fountains/ Таксистам сложно произнести название, зовут Стингербургер=))
A great hotel with facilities that you and family would expect to have, in order to enjoy the overall experience starting from the reception to the room and the associated restaurant and cafe, coupled with easy to access walkways for healthy treatment and counter balancing your delicious food at the Hotel or the many nearby places to choose from. It’s quite and positioned in a manner that makes this choice a must repeat, as confirmed by the family members. Thanks to the Hotel Leadership, Management Team and the support staff.
