Hotel's Favorite
I have stayed in Hilton Garden Al Muraquabad from 15th to 20th May 23. We were enjoying our vacations in this period at Dubai.
I was totally amazed with the hospitality extended towards us by the resort staff. From Service desk officer to the housekeeping staff all are so caring and polite.
I would like to give my special thanks to Mr Patrick who is so humble and customer friendly. Keep it up.
Also my special thanks to Ms Sarita from Kitchen Department. She is very attentive and takes care of guests needs . We really felt sitting in our house when we were in restaurant because of here sweet and polite behaviour and alert nature.
Special thanks to Hilton Management for selection and appointing such a talented staff. If you get and hire more managers like Patrick then your business will grow manyfolds.

This HGI is a well presented hotel located between Al Rigga and Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro stations. Staff are personable and helpful - front desk, pool guard, security, cleaners. Rooms are well presented and cleaned to a high standard.
The hotel has a big failing on communication
1) it doesn't pay any attention to room location requests
2) it doesn't communicate the facilities available (pool, gym, bar, restaurant) very well.
Because of (1) I may not stay here again when in Dubai, as much as I liked the hotel itself. The Nojoom or Marriott may be more helpful.
There are a variety of restaurants close by (towards Al Rigga direction), usually focussing in traditional Arabic food so you won't be able to get a beer in them.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff my brother and I met during our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Dubai Al Muraqabat in March. Due to changes in our travel plans in Asia, as a result of the Coronovirus Pandemic, the Hilton Garden inn, was able to accommodate us, in two rooms, earlier than we had anticipated arriving, which we were very grateful for. The hotel is siutated within the Deira area of Dubai, which has excellent transport facilities to enable you to visit all of the stunning Dubai landmarks with ease. The hotel is spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable accommodation and I would like to thank Receptionist Ashwini for securing us our accommodation. During our stay we enjoyed a lovely fully cooked breakfast each morning, served by charming dining room staff, with an egg station and the opportunity to make your own delightful waffles each morning ! But it is the professionalism, expertise and friendlieness to every member of staff that we met that has to be celebrated in this hotel and I would say to the Hotel Management that your staff are a wonderful credit and asset to the hotel. Due to the continuing restrictions caused by the Coronovirus, the hotel were very flexible with our stay, as we had to leave earlier than planned, to get a flight home, and they applied no penality for early departure and I would like to Mohamed, Front Office Supervisor, for his assistance with this issue. My brother and I wish all the staff a safe passage through these unprecendented times that we find ourselves in and we hope to return to your hotel later in the year in more settled times. Thank you.

We planned a vacation to Dubai in July and wanted a centrally located hotel in Old Dubai. For about a week were put up at Hotel Hilton Inn at room # 725 & 726, family interconnected rooms.
This hotel is located with all all the good shopping centre around & in between all the major restaurants. There are 2 metro stations around & is just 8-10 mins drive from airport.
Rooms are spacious, en-suite shower cubicle & hot water tubes are very refreshing after a hot day out. You will be provided with daily 1 complimentary water bottle per person, which can be refilled at the time of breakfast or ordered more.
Restaurant serves very lavish breakfast, omelette is very nice. Fruit selection is very wide. Dinning at the restaurant is also good, will highly recommend Chicken Biryani. Restaurant manager Diana was very friendly person & shared her experience from Africa to UAE... Very warm person who would try to customise the meal as person your taste. My suggestion don’t order room services but have it at the restaurant, not only u will miss the conversation with ppl but will also pay additional 100 Dirham for room service
The staff is very polite & hospitality is top notch. All this is not possible without able leadership, Special thanks to Paras for ensuring our stay is the most pleasant & the one to remember. Thanks Paras for everything & ensuring our vacation is memorable & you & your team our on the top of the list to make so.

I don't know why this hotel got a high rating !!!
Everything is so outdated in this hotel. The breakfast quality was at its lowest level.
The rooms decoration is boring and you feel upset.
The smell of cigarette was existing in the entire floor and it was totally inconvenient.
I was counting for it becomes morning and I checkout from the hotel.
This hotel is not 4* at all. It can be maximum 3* !!!
It was one of my worst experiences.
The only positive point I saw in this hotel was its windows that caused no noise to come to the room at all (even though the hotel is located right in a busy street).
It's 4 days passed and I'm still thinking how Hilton accepts this kind of service to be under their umbrella. I hope they re-consider to have a major change in this hotel (as I'm one of the fans of Hilton brand and was always satisfied with high quality of their hotels anywhere in the world.

Hotel located on the main street with good connectivity.
Our first experience with Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat. Much recommended place to stay with family. Their property is excellent and their people are stars.
Feels like home with lovely staff members. From Front Office to Dining to Housekeeping. All are courteous. Specially would like to mention few names:
Ms. Chan & Mr. Julius at reception desk were really helpful and made things work with personal attention.
Ms. Muskan & Ms. Nyein in dining area greeted everyday with a beautiful smile and would help with various dishes available. Their last day greeting with Bon Voyage message and sweets is much appreciated.
Chef Mr. Sai Krishna is fantastic with hot serves as per need.
Mr. Abbas in housekeeping never seen, but could be felt with his special notes kept in room after completing job.
It really means a lot to me that somebody in a different country put so much effort and makes you comfort to their level best.

A hotel which is getting up in years with good connection to public transport services.
We booked half board. Both dishes where divers, nutritious and delicious. The restaurant staff as well the kitchen staff were
helful and kind (Sumit, Pooja and Nada especially) and eager to fulfill our requests at all times. The staff was always very
considered about our wellbeing; smallest irregularities were corrected instantly.
Unfortunately we didn`t observe a similar behaviour with the housekeeping personnel. Our room had never been cleaned until 17/18 pm,
neither it would have been at all if we hadn`t complained about it at the reception. Also one set of towels was always missing
for a room booked for two people. Tea and water were never refilled; no communicative exchange with the houskeeping service was
possible. Bad houskeeping service.

After a nine of twenty-one nights in room 516, I still have mixed emotions about this hotel. Check-in was pleasant and they have great staff. The guy who does the housekeeping is always friendly, although this is the first hotel I have encountered where housekeeping is done between 5 pm and 7 pm, just as guests arrive back from a day in the city to freshen up for a night out. Staff at reception, at the pool and in the restaurant is professional as well. The room is large enough and has a comfortabele king bed. Room and bathroom serviced daily. The Internet signal is not the fastest, but enough for checking mails and browsing. A safe and fridge are provided. The location is not in the most interesting part of Dubai, but there is a free shuttlebus taking you to the mall and beach v.v. daily, two metrostations within a ten minute walk and a busstop in front of the hotel. The reason why I hesitate to make this a four star review, is that the shower on many occasions only offers cold or lukewarm water at best. Alright for cleansing your body, but not for washing your hair. I have already reported this twice, but without any improvement. The room is very noisy as well. No outside noise, but I have children in room 517 next to me that I can hear shouting, day and night even well past midnight. And the furniture is worn, old and sometimes damaged. So. the room can do with some renovations. And they only have four sunbeds at the small pool, which is strange for a seven floor hotel with more than a hundred rooms. Since, I am staying during the holy month of Ramadan, the nightly rate I pay, is low. Basically, I still haven't decided between three and four stars. I still have twelve nights to go to make up my mind and write a definite review later.

We visited as a family of 5 for 8 nights and it was an amazing experience from the entire staff at the hotel. A special thankyou to Mohammed the hotel deputy manager and the restaurant managment Mohammed ali, pooja, nada and chef abdul azziz and Dina. All of which looked after us incredibly well and made our entire experience of dubai amazing. The food is amazing the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Pool staff were also very welcoming with great views of dubai and a perfect location very close to dubai mall and la mer beach. There is a free shuttle bus which takes you to la mer beach and the dubai mall and picks you up from there back to the hotel which came in very handy. The breakfast buffet is also very good with a massive variety of foods available from different cuisines.

Room was clean.
Free water bottles were very nice.
Room service changed the bedsheets everyday, i don't know if this is necessary. Every 2nd day would also be fine.
We put the water bottles in the Fridge, the hotel stuff put them out of the fridge again, that was a little annyoing because we wanted cold water.

Hello, not sure if we understand your query correct. To reach our hotel Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat it costs approximately AED50-60/- ($15-16) by Dubai meter taxi. Hotel can arrange limousine airport pick at an additional charge of AED150/- ($41).

This type of questions should be addressed directly to a front desk always. Each property has their own policy but in general the hotels follow the rule: 1 visitor per room with a valid original ID. Hilton doesn't have a lot of restrictions in that matter
