We stayed at the Hilton Garden Al Mina hotel from January 21 - 28 , 2023. Very clean hotel and amazing service. Very friendly staff. Nitin and Poonam and Dheeraj and Omar at the front desk reception gave us amazing service. The staff at the Breakfast restaurant including Brian, Nadeesha, Shan gave us superb service. Farook in the rooms cleaning department took very good care of us and gave us excellent service.
We only had two nights at this amazing hotel. The staff is super friendly. Room The rooms are huge with floor to window ceilings and amazing views of downtown. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the room. We took the shuttle to and from the mall which was really easy and convenient. It’s a really good location and near to La Mer beach as well. Pool The pool area is really nice and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool is a really great temperature and isn’t too deep. It was really nice to go and cool off. We didn’t have a chance to but we heard there are some events and specials for meals on the rooftop pool. Breakfast I can’t say enough good things about the breakfast and the staff in the morning. They’re all so friendly and make sure that you are taken care of. The food was delicious and there’s even an omelet bar. I 10/10 recommend coming to stay here. Lalit really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even made us up a little surprise going away gift. We were so sad to leave. Will for sure stay here again if we are back in Dubai. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn!!! :))))))…
I keep travelling to Dubai every now and then, but this time it was different. I tried staying in Hilton this time & entire team made my stay experience mesmerising! Right from the check in to departure it was Soo seamless. I do remember few names of expertise team, Poonam who helped me planning a weekend in Dubai to giving me a room with a beautiful view. Jesse was very polite and approachable. I must say front desk team lead by Poonam is highly approachable and welcoming. Thank you entire team of Hilton. I will surely visit soon. :)

Great staff and great team of people, always willing to help, especially there are 2 staff who are extremely helpful Mr Arpan and Ms Sampada Kadam! The highlight of the building is the staff and as a travel consultant will always recommend this property!
The bed and the room was clean . very good amenities except if you are travelling from India do not forget to take your multi plug converter ie India to Singapore/China (2 pin ) Also do be aware the hotel gives you limited food breakfast options and very restrictive in terms of choices of gluten free, vegan. carbs free diets. It not friendly in that terms.I found some of the restaurant staff to be polite but some were uncaring for your needs. The reception staff was very helpful they gave us the multi charger but after a day as there was a shortage. The shuttle bus is very useful for drops and pick ups from Dubai Mall and La Mer beach and return . Very useful. They also helped us with information. One can receive local calls into the Hotel that is one more feature.The gym was probably unused so we found it dusty and yoga mats dusty also. …
I had mixed feelings about our stay here. The lobby/dining room decor is very dated and the front desk staff is not overly welcoming. However, our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. The location by the cruise ships/airport was good. With a few tweaks and attention to detail, this could be a property I could recommend.
The hotel is so nice, safe & clean with great staff. I want to thank Mr. Nithin Prem ( front desk manager ) for his great efforts & hospitality to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable each time we stayed, we really felt like it’s our second home. Also, i want to thank Ms. Jessica & Mr. Dhiray from the front desk for all there assistance, they’re really great.
I have used Hilton lot of times and this is the first time , I have lost cash . Twice first we thought we had misplaced some 100$ in cash and the second day we missed a 50$ note from wallet which confirmed it . The hotel management was not responsible enough , but I wanted to warn future occupants This is not good reputation for sure
I love this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The dining staff were accommodating and had really good recommendations. The cleaning staff was top notch. Dilshan cleaned our room everyday while we were here and as the days went by he was more and more helpful and creative. After the first time I asked him for face towels, he made sure there were always fresh ones available and even went so far as to make pretty swans with them. He also made sure we had enough water for the both of us. The service staff by the pool were friendly and fun. The DJ took our request and shared some of his own with us. The bartenders and servers ensured we enjoyed ourselves with great food and drinks and amazing service. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Hilton staff for an amazing experience and stay. And a special thank you to Dilshan for making our room feel like home for the 2 weeks we were here.…
