Warmed welcome at the reception with smooth check in and check out. We arrived late and was able to have late checkout till 2pm. Location is accessible to everything like taxi,metro,mall of the emirates and the rooms looks newly renovate and very clean. It was short and pleasant stay. We will definitely come back again. Overrated hotel not a 4 stars accommodation at all prijs too high for what you get specially if you look around . Honestly hygiene and front desk staff are good. Comfort and food is very bad.the restaurant is a disaster. Floors and windows isolation needs maintenance.

We stayed in this comfy hotel apartment for 1 month. Me & my kids really enjoyed the friendliness, hospitality & professionalism of all the staff especially Hermie at the reception with whom I had asked any favor and very helpful in everything. Also the room attendant name Bhumi he cleaned and make our room like our own home. The location of the hotel is just great! With a short walk, you have access to the metro which is vital in Dubai. Also it is about 5 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates. There is also a outdoor swimming pool with a nice view and GYM. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler especially families who care for their comfort and privacy. Thank you Mena ApartHotel!

Thank you for a memorable experienced, our family had a great time staying in this hotel apartment. Excellent service all staffs are accommodating and very friendly, the location is great because a few minutes away from two metro stations, taxis are available every time in the area no need to book or wait for a long time and it is also very near to Mall of the Emirates. This is one of the best modern designed hotel apartment. I highly recommend this hotel… Definitely, we will come back again.
