First we have reserved the wedding hall with the team manager (Khadija) her name, she was the responsible for the whole event, she was supposed to prepare the suit for our bride, when we reached the hotel non of our rooms were ready and she have not informed the hotel to prepare the bride suit and our rooms as well. She have told us that our rooms will be ready at 12 but until 1 pm nothing was ready and the reservation team does not have any information that there is a suit for the bride has to be prepared, we have tried to contact her at the moments we knew but she was off that day, and no one else was in charge to help us...

...Palazzo versace has one of the biggest and most luxurious rooms in the city that is why I keep returning to this hotel with my family.it is a child friendly hotel with extremely beautiful spacious and luxurious rooms. My stay was made very comfortable by the staff of the hotel, My only complain would be they downgraded their service a little from the past few visits of mine earlier for the suite rooms during my first few visits when the hotel had just opened they provided a butler who would help us out at any hour which they have stopped,apart from that I have all praises for this beautiful property...

Upon our arrival at 4am, we were paying the whole day rate of approximately £800, yet the staff at check-in couldn't be bothered to show us to our room but instead directed us to the lifts... I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel... It's just a massive hype because of the name and there is no quality in the service...

Honestly a terrible way to start the new year, it was my dream to come to the Versace hotel and spend new years with my mom and i was extremely disappointed. All the restaurants had a minimum charge of 1800 per person and they were all fully booked, the lady at the reception told us that even though we didn’t have a reservation that we could still go outside and see the fireworks at 12am... It was a terrible and sad way to spend new years and I wouldn’t come here again... You basically need to pay to breathe... We paid around 3600aed for one night and we weren’t even allowed outside which is absurd and everything was closed...

When cehecking out from the hotel, staff had no idea how to pay WITH DISCOVERY DOLLARS... Which is unacceptable, especially if you are in a hurry to get to the airport... My wife and I visited Versace hotel several times, unfortunately the standard is declining...

One month prior to the wedding I had to physically go and make a scene for them to wake up and start doing their job which is a shame considering how much we were paying... It was extremely disappointing since they are INFORMED that there is a wedding on the day, and this is the bridal suite, not a guest suite...

We booked the “into the jungle” brunch for the 1st of Jan and had the worst experience ever... The lady assisting us was supposed to come back with a better option but she never showed up... The table he offered was right next to the speaker when there was a 6 year old child with us... And someone walks in an gets the table... I complained to guest relations and she was sweet enough to assist immediately bringing in Mr. Asad who was sweet too and assured me someone from higher management will get in touch with us and it's been 3 days since we have received any call...

Two gentlemen, Mohammed Saki and Mohammed (apologies for missing his last name) kindly stepped up and rectified everything in terms of arrangements, changing my contact person and providing support for the time left before the party plus arranging rooms for me and my personal guests, so I must give great credit to these two gentlemen... Prior to the day I asked the hotel quite frequently to ensure that our suite would be ready early in the day as my wife needs to get ready... When I went to check-in at around 1:30 PM they said the suite was not ready and will not be ready before 3PM... Luckily the Egyptian gentleman on the check-in desk (apologies for forgetting your name, but you know who you are) kept his cool and managed the situation by offering me a different suite after he went to talk to one of his managers... I would also like to give kudos to a lady called Basma for her amazing support to my wife throughout the day of the wedding (this is how it was supposed to be from day 1, I shouldn't hav had to go through all of this just to get the appropriate service)...

I chose this wonderful hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was the best choice... Everything in the hotel is made to feel special... every employee of the hotel tries to take into account all your wishes and make your every day unforgettable... delicious branded cake, sweets and fruits, flowers, balloons, a bathroom with rose petals, spa treatments, a photo shoot in luxurious interiors - what could be better to create a festive mood?...

...We were not given a tour of the room, nor informed about the hotel's guest services and restaurants... We've stayed at 5-star or more hotels all over the world, and never encountered an empty mini bar... When we called reception to ask why, we were told to put down a deposit and somebody would come and fill the mini bar...

...The table he offered was right next to the speaker when there was a 6 year old child with us... And someone walks in an gets the table...

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service, delicious food, and beautiful surroundings. Our family had an excellent time staying at the beautiful Palazzo Versace Dubai and enjoyed extremely comfortable beds and unmatched customer service by attentive staff... Would highly recommend dining at the hotel - the chicken biryani is a must-try, and is even available for late night in-room dining...

Such a nice and wonderful place to spend with your family, cousins and friends, the staff are so kind and generous. What make this hotel so special is the gifts they keep offering you everytime you visit and also the services they provide...

Every staff member here is top-notch, from the check-in team, concierge, bell team, cleaning staff, and everyone in between. Ahmed greeted us with an extremely warm welcome... The valet/bell team helped my husband and me load and unload our kids' car seats multiple times a day...

The facilities are top notch and they provide you with a relaxing and yet young, modern vibe... The hotel as a whole is a 5* experience and they think how they can facilitate more for their customers, MMA events in the pool, Football and World Cup Events and many more...

...Everyone want to come here having high tea. The presentation, the dessert garnished with gold flakes, Versace tea cups are all too pretty to believe... We thoroughly enjoyed everything including our beautiful room, the pool and our meal... If we go to Dubai again, we will come here again for sure...

A good place to spend a few days relaxing as a stop-over. We found the standard pricing for food, drinks and spa treatments quite expensive but there were some offers available that made it more affordable... The Spa hamman treatment was excellent and reasonable price with the 50% Gentlemen’s Day discount... As a male couple we were asked at check in if we prefer twin or king bed... When dropping off the bags, the porter asked if we would prefer a twin room...

Just left the Versace hotel after 5 wonderful nights, great location and less travel time to the city etc than when I have stayed on the palm. We had a really lovely club room on the 9th floor which also gave access to the executive lounge which served complimentary food and drink at certain times of the day... Special mention to Everton who looked after us at the main pool, nothing was too much trouble and he really did go the extra mile...

Had a great time at Palazzo Versace, in particular was very impressed by concierge service, who made our trip much easier and helped us with every enquiry possible. Even organised tickets to Future museum, which was completely sold out...

...On the day we signed the contract the lady responsible promised us heaven and earth... Two gentlemen, Mohammed Saki and Mohammed (apologies for missing his last name) kindly stepped up and rectified everything in terms of arrangements, changing my contact person and providing support for the time left before the party plus arranging rooms for me and my personal guests, so I must give great credit to these two gentlemen... Prior to the day I asked the hotel quite frequently to ensure that our suite would be ready early in the day as my wife needs to get ready... It makes me sad to write this review especially since all the restaurants and facilities in the hotel are really fantastic...

...As they knew that its our baby yeji’s bday from the time we checked in,they spoiled us especially our baby with the best services. We just dropped and fix our luggages inside the room and go for the dessert tour and as we came back they made a very special greetings for our baby and designed our room like magic!... We’re in a wow everytime coming back in our room... We’ve heard that everything was made by the butler supervisor Mr.Dhakal and the rest of the house keeping staffs those days of november 20 to 22 our room was beautifully designed with balloons,flowers,a towel turned to a dog which my baby got amazed about and a cake with greetings for yeji as well… everything was perfect and neat... We’ve been to the executive lounge for an afternoon tea of our last day and when they knew we we’re there, the said butler supervisor Mr.Dhakal even meet us in person to greet Ye-ji a happy birthday with a balloon... My husband was so touched with everything on staying at versace hotel... We will definitely come back to dubai and this hotel is one of the reasons for coming back,its really a luxurious experience staying there!... You made our princess really feel like a princess with everything you and your crew made...

...This hotel was stunningly classic with wonderful staff but a few things let it down. We arrived very early and was checked in straight away... Room was beautiful with a huge balcony... Fresh flowers were delivered to us a few times during our stay which was a lovely touch... The servers were always quick to offer to cook fresh hot food though even though it should be hot to begin with... Clearly catering to all the people dressed in robes while people dressed any other way froze!... Stunning hotel, extremely comfortable stay, smells amazing with wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you but food hit and miss...

...Our first stay in this hotel did not disappoint... Pool lvly 3 to choose from we stayed around central pool where Everton and all pool staff looked after us making sure we needed nothing ... Rooms beautiful and cleaned so well ... We had executive rooms where every staff member made our stay perfect lvly drinks coffees and snacks and very large vodkas !... Buffet excellent as well service going above and beyond including nipping out to buy our HP sauce … it’s the small things ... If you like good service beautiful surroundings stay here !...

My stay at this pretty hotel was fabulous. My room on the 7th floor was sparkling clean, spacious and lovely... Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a delicious box of chocolates and a yellow rose in my room... There are three swimming pools at the hotel and plenty of available lounge chairs and space at each... I preferred the vibe and Creek view at the Central pool... Mosaico quickly became my favorite for beverages and relaxing in the evenings... Staff at the hotel were professional, friendly and very helpful... There is live music nightly centrally located on the ground floor... Jameel Arts Center is a five minute walk away...

Great 5 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a premier Versace club room with city view... The room was beautifully furnished and clean... I loved the amount of space in the bathroom and walk-in closet with dressing area and vanity... This room came with access to the executive lounge... We were so busy exploring Dubai that we only got to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea once but it fabulous... I wish I could remember the name of our server at the lounge, he was so nice and accommodating with my food allergy... The breakfast buffet that was included with my reservation was really good!... Plenty of choice and the fresh, quality ingredients... Definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had... The location is a short taxi ride to the Dubai mall and Burj... It’s a bit further away from other areas like the palm but that didn’t stop us from visiting attractions there... Taxis are easy to come by and pretty inexpensive... We also enjoyed a pool party at the hotel main pool one afternoon... Access was complimentary as a hotel guest... There was a dj and a performer with bongo drums... This was the only day the pool was lively, otherwise it was very quiet... But this was the perfect place for this trip as it starts to get close to unbearably hot in June and you probably wouldn’t spend a lot of time laying out in the heat...
