It never ceases to amaze me the true sense of 'regalia' when entering the lobby of this hotel. It is a true sense of luxury without going to 'over the top'. The employees are engaging and service impeccable. We stayed on their most recent The Entertainer package which included half board, 20% off F&B spend and combined AED300 to spend in the spa. Amazing value for what you get. We had dinner in both Enigma and Vanity's, to say that the experience was gourmet is an understatement. Not just the quality but quality, including table side preparation by the chef, made it an extremely memorable experience. But the ultimate, was Q's Bar and lounge. Dante Kennedy and the V4tex band are stadium ready when it comes to how tight they are as performers, Kyng is the current guest artists whose range from Classical Jazz to Bruno Mars meant the hours just evaporate into the night. I highly recommend seeing him whilst he is in residence. The room itself was immaculate and large, which for a property going on 9 years is a true testament to the way they maintain and upkeep the venue as a whole. If you are here for summer, treat yourself with a stay at this iconic property.

We decided to break our journey from Italy to Sydney with a 3 day stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai. What a great decision that was! The Hotel is spectacular, gorgeous palace with sophisticated styling suitable to the Versace name. We arrived late at night and were greeted by friendly porters who attended to our bags and took them to our rooms without us worrying about them. The check in was seamless and very quickly we were shown to a large delightful room with an enormous bed. The bathroom was spectacular with a full size bath, walk in shower, ladies dressing room, and a large balcony. It is truly a top class hotel with all the amenities you could wish for. Three large pools, adult, family and children’s pools. Lots of restaurants providing a variety of food. The staff are very attentive and you are constantly greeted with hello’s and made to feel very welcome. We had a wonderful restful 3 days at Palazzo Versace which made the last leg of our journey home to Australia much more bearable. I would recommend Palazzo Versace to anyone wanting to stay in a first class hotel with extravagant styling and a gracious atmosphere.

It is extremely difficult to express my total dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Versace Hotel Al Jaddaf I have tried my best to make it brief. As it was my partners birthday so it was meant to be extra special!
Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of the expectations set by the advertising and the reputation of this establishment.
Firstly, the advertised "city views" turned out to be misleading. The only view from our room was of a platform, which was not what we anticipated. Unless you want to feel enclosed and just have sky views whilst looking up only definitely no city view!
Service was another area of concern. The staff seemed disengaged throughout our stay. One particular instance involved a waitress who failed to return with a menu and appeared disinterested. Additionally, the following day we discovered hair in our breakfast. While the waiter replaced the meal, the replacement was cold and overcooked, which was far from acceptable.
Furthermore, we were followed outside to the restaurant terrace by a staff member with a payment machine, even though we had not finished our fruit and had indicated that we would return after having a smoke. This lack of discretion was quite distressing.
On the day of our departure, we faced additional issues. Despite being in a five-star hotel where assistance with luggage is generally expected, no help came after we had called to request. While my partner was downstairs addressing these service failures, the reception called to inquire why I was still in the room. I explained that I had been waiting for nearly 20 minutes for assistance. She apologised yet still no one came. Eventually, a cleaner kindly helped us with the luggage after I had carried it through the hall myself.
Throughout our stay, it was evident that the service standards were inconsistent and unprofessional. We encountered managers who deflected responsibility, and it seemed that the staff were not motivated or happy in their roles.
To add to our frustration, I am still trying to resolve an issue with an overcharge of nearly ÂŁ150. The amount charged exceeded the room rate, and despite having paid everything at the point of purchase, this extra charge remains unresolved. I should also mention that we left the room in better condition than when we arrived.
Overall, this experience was far from the luxury and service quality we anticipated. I hope that they will take these concerns seriously and address the underlying issues to prevent future guests from facing similar problems. However this is doubtful as we mentioned our stay to another holiday maker and they said they had stayed earlier in the year and had the same issues, it's a overpriced hotel with staff that do not provide a level of service associated with the name Versace.
We brought this to the attention of two managers and following that an email none of which have responded!
We literally couldn't wait to get out of there fast enough!
We travel frequently for business and would not even waste our time to go back in the hopes they had improved as their were too many failures across the board. Yet I still wait for a response to the overcharge!

The hotel is stunning! Immaculate both inside and out. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff in the main restaurant and poolside areas are exceptional. I would particularly like to give personal appreciation to Mo Salah, Manny and house keeper Hilda!!
Although, it was frustrating to have to ask for salad, fruit, cakes, yogurts etc in the buffet, behind glass at every sutting
All the chefs accommodated my vegan preferences- as predominantly all cuisines options available are meat and dairy based only.
Half board does not include any drinks for the lunch or evening meal. Drinks are overpriced and come with service charge. Something we were not aware of at the time of booking.
Reception staff and the main entrance hall were uninviting and at times, intimidating. It appeared that there were many staff standing around in groups. When we did speak to reception, it took three requests for staff to resolve issues found with the tv in the room. They did resolve the issue after 24 hours and did apologise with a card and fruit.
At the time of our stay, the area was still under construction. However, a short walk to the metro to head towards the popular sights of Dubai.

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Versace hotel in Dubai. As expected the quality and standard of service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I don't usually name individuals but in this case Mo Sala the pool attendant and Manny the Giardino restaurant manager deserve a special mention for their extra attention.
We had half board dining so as well as eating breakfast in the buffet restaurant we were also allowed to eat from the 3 course menus In the fine dining Enigma Persian and Vanitas Italian restaurants. We didn't experience 1 bad meal, the quality in all 3 were excellent, and the presentation in the fine dining ones were up to Michelin standard!
The bedroom (room 218) was a good size and had it's own private terrace with chairs and sunbeds although we never laid out there due to the suns location. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, there is a coffee machine, a selection of tea bags and always plenty of water. The large TV had plenty of channels with several Arabic channels showing English movies, the only dedicated English channel was BBC world news. The only negative for the room was the tiny single wardrobe with just a few hangers in it. I would recommend you bring a few of your own if there's more than 1 of you.
I was concerned before arriving at the hotel that due to it's close proximity to the airport (approx 10 minutes drive away) that we may suffer for alot of aircraft noise. I'm happy to report that this wasn't a problem and you dont notice them.
Now, for the main problem with the hotel...its the orientation of the property with regards to to position of the sun throughout the day if you want to sunbathe by the pools (this is for November and may differ though the year). The large central pool with its infinity edge onto the creek doesn't really get any sun throughout the day so is useless. The adults only East pool get the sun from approx 11am to 3pm depending where you sit, but in certain areas these times will be reduced due to the main building shading over it. BUT be prepared to have to listen to incredibly loud chill out music all day and with way too much bass! At the weekend when they get alot of extra local guests staying then it gets even louder to the point of being almost unbearable. This just leaves the west pool which we ended up using as it got the sun most of the day. The only drawback there is this is classed as the children / family pool so you might end up being surrounded with alot of screaming kids! ( luckily this wasn't the case when we were there).
So in summary it really is a luxury hotel where you'll be treated like royalty but be aware that you have to "pool-hop" to get a suntan!

My review of this hotel is mixed. I will start with the negative: The location is very isolated. There are few restaurants nearby, meaning either you have to Uber to another location or eat in the hotel. I could only find one Chinese Food restaurant and another hotel (the INKHOTEOL) that served food. Food was expensive in the hotel. A hamburger in the lobby restaurant was 145AED (although food seemed to be expensive throughout Dubai). The Metro is a good 20 minute walk passing by dusty construction sites. An Uber to the Dubai Mall averaged around 45AED. Our room faced a highway and the sliding door in the room let in some road noise. The Good: Room was large and very clean. Bed and linens first class. Service from staff was excellent. The F&B manager always asked how our breakfast was with a smile. The breakfast was very excellent and and provided a good start to the day. The hotel has at least two pools which were enjoyable and the water clean and warm. There were lots of lounges by the pool.

All is described at the site of the property and you can check them. However, you can enjoy the view when you have your drink down on the wide balcony.. its marvelous and had an amazing view. In addition, you can walk around the property area.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
