I will never return to this hotel. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The breakfast buffet is terrible. Very bad quality-price ratio. And the worst thing is that the soundproofing of the rooms does not exist. The noise from the bar, with the music at very high volume during the night, does not allow you to rest. A horror.

The room was not up to the level of 4-star hotels, and The bathroom was terrible. The heater capacity looks like it is a four-litter tank. It isn't quiet at night because of the nightclubs on the 1st floor. You can smell bad smells from the reception until you reach your room. Unless you are on a very limited budget, don't take this hotel as a choice.

The worst hotel! Fleas in beds 🤯and bad smell in the room. I changed rooms 3 times! In all, the terrible smell ,air conditioners do not work, but the worst thing in beds is fleas ...🤯🤯🤯 The woman on reception is rude and absolutely did not try to solve this situation!NOT RECOMMENDED

The hotel is very cosy, staff are welcoming. Thanks to the team: Ms Sheila, Mr Umaid.Mr Ravi, Mr Uttkarsh, Mr Sandeep Bell boy, and the Manager,Mr Darrin. They were very welcoming and kind, services are of the highest standard. I felt like at home. The equipment is great- my teenage daughter liked the rooftop pool, gym and spa. Breakfasts are tasty and of various cuisines. I would love to stay again.

It's good for budget hotels, we selected it because it's close to mall of the emirates and just walk around 7 mins from mashreq metro station, the room quite clean but elevator quite small and longer to wait. That time, hotel lil bit busy, please be aware around the bath tub area, I ve found it's slippery, luckily my daughter didn't fell down, and the light in other wash room was off

3 Star Hotel very near to Mall of Emirates and Metro Station. Stayed here for 1 night, Front Desk was helpful for check in and we got room upgrade to Deluxe Room. Room was clean and spacious with twin bed. Breakfast was poor and very limited quantity.

I arrived to the hotel 9am in the morning I wanted to check in the hotel they had many empty rooms , but they refused to let me check in unless I pay 50% extra for checking early or I wait till it’s 11 am ,the guy’s in the reception refused to help at all , horrible experience I will never book in this hotel again and don’t recommend it to anyone
