Overall housekeeping is at the top level. It’s always nice, clean and neat either on the floors or inside the room. I was living on the 9th floor and I’d like to honour a guy named Pradeep. My room was always clean my towels were changing when requested and my bed was always made up and neat thanks to that guy. My highest rate for him!

Nice hotel around Dubai stayed in 17 floor hotel is very good from 17 floor view was very nice room was spacious and clean and having a good ambiance too thanks Mr. Piyush Nagesh and Mr. Nehru to whome we meet in this hotel were very nice thanks for making our stay comfort and nice will definitely come back to this hotel again

The receptionist was not helpful in checking in and out of the hotel. There was an employee, I think of Indian nationality, who wanted to pay an additional fee for one hour. The hotel was informed of assistance in carrying our luggage from the room, but they were late for more than half an hour. We carried our own luggage, especially when going out. We were given the room after a long wait, and the room was not equipped, especially with sanitary supplies, towels, etc. We asked for extra blankets and they were not brought to us. We were also not helped to place our luggage in the car. Also, we were in the outdoor pool and the card was closed, and when we went to check it, the employee wanted us to pay a sum if we were late after one hour, since the delay was from the hotel management. الرسبشن غير متعاون في تسجيل الدخول والخروج من الفندق، وجود موظفه اعتقد هندية الجنسيه تريد دفع رسوم اظافيه الساعه واحده والفندق تم ابلاغه بلمساعدة بحمل امتعتنا من الغرفه وتاخروا اكثر من نصف ساعه . احنا حملنا امتعتنا بانفسنا خصوصا عند الخروج. تم تسليمنا الغرفه بعد انتظار طويل والغرفه غير مجهزه خصوصا بالادوات الصحيه فوط وغيرها. طلبنا بطانيات اظافيه ولم يتم احضارها لنا. ايضا لم يتم مساعدتنا بوضع الامتعه في السياره. ايضا كنا في المسبح الخارجي والبطاقه غلقت ولما ذهبنا للتحديدها تريد الموظفه دفعنا مبلغ اذا تاخرنا بعد الساعه الواحده عبما ان التاخير من ادارة الفندق.…

A very nice hotel, but the employees ambassador should be trained more. Upon arrival I asked for early check in, operator under name of meshale told me no we dont provide an early check in. The next day I called again the receptionist under name of sheen was very supportive and gives me the room. Upon check out its take forever very long check out process. I told them I want my bill to check there is some rates which was not fixed in FEX discount rate.

It's an excellent hotel. The staff and rooms are very good. The cleaning is perfect. We stayed in an apartment room. The food both evening and breakfast is very good. The only thing, and for us, it's a major thing: the Internet connection all over the hotel is horrendously bad. We only managed to have decent Internet 2 times out of 8 days. This has to be improved.

Do not choose this hotel! The photos looked fantastic - what a disappointment! We were shown 2 rooms, both had huge stains on the carpet and very dated lime green net curtains and falling apart fixtures and fittings. The rooms and bathrooms were very small - even the larger of the rooms we were shown, due to the first one being totally horrible. We checked out immediately and are currently waiting for our money back. So many nice hotels in Dubai but this one certainly isn’t one of them!
