Absolute worst hotel experience in every sense, having paid €477/night for a pretty basic room and long list of bad experiences that seem to be "standard" at this hotel... The hotel is very nice and well placed for Business Bay but post taxes it was 1500aed for one night not including breakfast. Breakfast was a further 250aed and really was not special and required a 15 minute wait for seating... I told the manager that I hadn’t enjoyed the stay and that I would not come back and he said ‘ok’...

...6 of us walked in expecting to leave looking refreshed, instead we left looking like we could give the Kardashians a run for their money... Food should be had at the Eloquent Elephant , again amazing staff and a fantastic chef ... This hotel covers everything , there’s no fault to be found ...

The Taj Dubai is a stunning and very well-located place to stay, but more than that the hotel offers excellent service. The staff is welcoming, gracious and very helpful... After a tiring day we wanted to eat in and Mohamed Molda went above and beyond providing our room service meal taking the initiative to replace a wrong item even though we said we did not need it... That is the kind of service that makes a hotel memorable!...

We ate in the Bombay Brasserie restaurant one night and the food was delicious and again the chefs are waiters were very friendly... The assistant manager, Raneesh, gave us plenty of tips for the rest of our stay in Dubai which we really appreciated... I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Dubai...

This hotel covers everything , there’s no fault to be found ... Its 10/10 for me and a return visit is derfinitly on the cards...

I cant speak highly enough about every single member of the staff that I encountered, the service was exceptional... During our stay we were assisted with hair and beauty appointments, sight seeing excursions, transport, dinner reservations, even the repair of a broken pair of sun glasses no task was too small or big... The house keeping staff were also amazing and the bed linen was pure luxury a joy to fall into at the end of the day...

Excellent hotel located very close to downtown ,extremely clean & comfortable . Four things that stand out and needs mention is Upon arrival greetings by ever smiling Harpal and Gurvinder and in warm welcome by Manvi , Mohammed , Rejib and colleagues and nice and smooth check-in process... The lounge in 24th floor supported awesomely by Shankar, Siddharth and team & finally the most important reason for me to keep gaining back to Taj - The jewel in the crown of this property - "Jeva spa"... Where you can not only find friendly reception staff who goes out of the way to accommodating the schedules but also in recommending the best treatment with the right therapists (Losa) she was were courteous, professional and thorough... Traveled with family for vacation and chose this property for pampering us with luxury and room with burj khalifa view, right from check in to checkout we felt treated like vip guest.All staff are courteous and always willing to help you with anything you ask for... We had an amazing time at the pool, and Tushar at the pool bar was very friendly and made cocktails with passion for us and other guests... Hotel provided free shuttle to Dubai mall every hour from morning to late evening and I saw many tourist taking advantages of this facility... Highly recommend even if you are going on vacation with dubai Mall just 5 to 10 min drive and all other tourist attraction can be reached without getting into any Hugh traffic...

...This was our first time at the Taj Dubai and we were very much impressed with the warm welcome, hospitality and stay with upgrade to a higher floor facing the Burj Khalifa turned out to be an ultimate luxury! The hotel is a very conveniently providing shuttle service to Dubai Mall and it’s really peaceful joining the enormous Bay Avenue mall a five-minute stroll from the city's dynamic business center around the hotel are shops, restaurants and it is well worth enjoying the evening in the garden with lights and serene environment... A spectacular hotel with amazing facilities in a fabulous location in the heart of the downtown city... The hotel is nice and spotless with attentive, professional, proactive and friendly staff from the Reception to the Room Services, Breakfast and Dinning at Bombay Brasserie and Eloquent Elephant... They were very warm, caring, patient, friendly, proactive, professional always smiling and prompt when serving breakfast which made us feel very comfortable and happy with the delicious and high-quality authentic foods made by the chefs... We were welcomed welcomed courteously by the Jiva Spa but their prices were extremely high which was a displeasing with the prices Overall, we would like to thank the entire team working hand in hand at the Taj Dubai for their excellent services and hope to visit one more time in Taj Dubai Shenaz and Riyaz Essa, Toronto, Canada...

We stayed at The Taj for six days in November 2022 and enjoyed every moment, especially breakfast on the terrace with its unique view of the Dubai skyline. The rich and amazing breakfast buffet catered for every ethnic palate and taste... Also appreciated was the hourly shuttle to and back from the Dubai Mall provided by the hotel...

...It is located within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. There is also a free shuttle bus that will take you to the Mall and it runs quite frequently... The facilities are top-class, with a spa, gym, and pool... I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Dubai...

...The equipment in the gym was good and offered a lot of workout possibilities... Grooming equipment and complementary water has been refilled daily... The shuttle service to the Dubai Mall has always been on time and the driver was very nice... To put it in a nutshell, our stay was - in one word- perfect...

We were looking forward to celebrate our anniversary by staying at this truly amazing hotel... Their welcome drink made of rose elixir accompanied by Indian ritual of wishing a blessing blew us away!... Rooms are very bright convenient and stylish with proper bathroom and very delightful amenities... The pool is really cool and enjoyable, which is rare to meet among the city hotels!... Gym even has the bars kit!... The ambience os so vibrant and exuberant that you don’t want to leave!... Special shout out to Gurwinder at Front Desk, who was always there for us to help us with car parking and luggage!...

This was not my first visit to Dubai but was by far my most memorable one and I cannot wait to return again and stay in what I can only say it the most amazing hotel I have ever been to... We were greeted at reception and were given a much need refreshing drink ( when in the desert it’s vital to stay hydrated ), we were also given a traditional blessing ... From here on in it just got better and better , the staff were amazing , they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable , a special mention to Pio at the front desk and Tarush at the poolside bar who ensured that us ladies kept hydrated ... Now for the next part and this is a must , visit the salon on the first floor... The tree top bar at the hotel is also a must do, they have chill out tunes , and amazing views of the Burj Khalifa ... They also provide a shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai mall , just incase your 65kg allowance for clothes doesn’t have you covered for the duration of your stay...

...From the time we stepped into the lobby of the Taj Dubai we were treated like royalty... We ate in several of the restaurants/areas of the hotel and the food was so top notch, especially the Club Sandwich I had 3 days running from the Pool Bar... During our stay we were assisted with hair and beauty appointments, sight seeing excursions, transport, dinner reservations, even the repair of a broken pair of sun glasses no task was too small or big... The house keeping staff were also amazing and the bed linen was pure luxury a joy to fall into at the end of the day...

...However, Taj Dubai turned out to be a wonderful experience. I want to thank Swarup at Bombay Brasserie for taking exceptional care of us, recommending new dishes every evening, and even decating my favorite wine in advance, so it is ready to drink when I arrive... I also would like to mention that our rooms were directly overlooking Burj Khalifa, and a section of Dubai Fountain was clearly viewable too... So, we can literally sit in our room and see the ocean to our left and Khalifa directly in the front... The hotel offered complementary pickup and drop to Dubai Mall every hour as well... The entire stay was memorable, and I recommend Taj Dubai to anyone traveling to Dubai...

Great location only minutes from Dubai Mall (hotel shuttle available). Fantastic staff throughout with a special mention to the breakfast teams, pool crew and housekeeping... The pool is not really suitable for swimming lengths as it’s only knee deep in places and the sun in October is only on the pool until lunchtime but it was perfect for a quick dip... Certainly not the best in-hotel spa treatments in Dubai but our room was beautiful with a view of The Burj Khalifa and I’d stay again with a good deal... Deliciously fresh Indian breakfast options were an added bonus...

It was our first time travelling with our toddler of 20 months and we were taken care of with unmatched consideration and care. All our needs were taken care of, all our dietary preferences were catered to...

Fantastic, comfortable hotel; beautifully furnished and appointed; wonderful facilities and features... The service was above and beyond, and we’re particularly grateful to the reception staff and concierge who accommodated us with a (very) early check-in, and also some last-minute laundry on the night of our departure...

...From the overall quality of the service from all employees to the hotel itself as well as the location. Right from the first minute, by unloading the luggage from the car, from the room service and little details as remembering which juice I like, asking to re-fill it during breakfast (in the lounge as well in Tesoro), to additional dessert or juices by the staff in the in room dining... As well as the laundry service and the very kind and helpful concierge service to organize taxis etc... As I could see that all staff works together to make the stay as pleasurable as possible... I want to especially highlight the service of Anis, Suresh, Siddhant in the Lounge as well as the kind staff at lunch and breakfast of whom I unfortunately don't have the names of... The gym was impressive as well with all machines you could image and wish for...

Excellent hotel located very close to downtown ,extremely clean & comfortable . Four things that stand out and needs mention is Upon arrival greetings by ever smiling Harpal and Gurvinder and in warm welcome by Manvi , Mohammed , Rejib and colleagues and nice and smooth check-in process... The lounge in 24th floor supported awesomely by Shankar, Siddharth and team & finally the most important reason for me to keep gaining back to Taj - The jewel in the crown of this property - "Jeva spa"... Where you can not only find friendly reception staff who goes out of the way to accommodating the schedules but also in recommending the best treatment with the right therapists (Losa) she was were courteous, professional and thorough... Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!... It's a true sample of excellent hospitality... Thank you again guys for going just that little step extra for the guests!...

Exceptional quality of service, care and hospitality. All members of the hotel staff from reception to room service, every restaurant, poo/gym staff, and especially Guest Relations (Mansi) were super helpful and caring for many of our special requirements...

The interiors are polished and shining and fragrant – and of course luxurious... And at the Taj Dubai, they are ever-willing to make you comfortable in every way... I must mention Shiva, Maya, Puja & Shubham - the way they manage the breakfast crowds is a feat in itself!... The Executive Club is an oasis of comfort... They help with ticket bookings, mobile problems and deal with anything you throw at them with utmost politeness & charm... Glamorous trendy women emerging from fabulous limos as they enter the plethora of high-end restaurants and clubs... There's music, exotic cuisines and an air of high living & festivity...
