We had stayed here as a part of a family package trip to dubai and this was the property shortlisted with the travel agent. Location - This is in a prime location. Not so far from major attractions. Metro, whoesale/retail shops are all close by. This may not be a posh area but serves the purpose for a short stay. Check-in - This was fast and room was alloted in quick time. Recommending the family suite which is too good for a family with lot of spaces in and around. Basic ameneities/toiletries were provided and housekeeping was spot on. Food - Breakfast was a decent spread, with majority Indian food followed by continental and American as well. Served the purpose of a breakfast. For lunch, they have this authentic kerala meals in a banana leaf which I was told is very famous. We tasted the same and it was really good. Apart from kerala delicacies, you also have other options. As for dinner, ifs again a buffet but typical kerala style. For lovers of kerala authentic non vegetarian this will be a paradise, but a nightmare for vegetarians. Staff - very courteous and polite. Special mention to the front office team (Melvin, roshan and few others whose name I don't recollect and to the vibrant restaurant team (Muhammed, simran from morning buffet and to the entire taste of India crew who manage lunch and dinner) Recommendations/Suggestions Add more vegetarian dishes to dinner buffet. The male restroom near to the restaurant lacks proper cleaning. Hand tissues were never available most of the days. There should be one or two additional staff for morning buffet. Most of the time, even when it's very crowded only two staff have to run around and feel really sorry for them. To summarize, i would recommend the property for a short stay, however the kind of food depends on your taste and the room I would recommend will be the family suite. Happy travelling!

We had gone as part of a group of 42 People on 17 March 2022’ for an Dinner Buffet The option of vegetarian dishes was limited to one single dish and the Manager of the Hotel was not very responsive to our request for an alternate curry and after much persuasion from the Tour Manager they did get us an another curry The salad spread was poor and there seems to be no stock of yogurt in the Hotel as per the Restaurant Manager The service levels of the whole Team including Restaurant Manger needs drastic improvement so is their attitude towards CUSTOMERS This is no place for vegetarians as well as for people who are looking for quality and standards

There are several restaurants, a grocery store, a bank and the Burjman Mall in the area. The metro was right next to the hotel. The occupation of the rooms was very fast. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are the right size. Breakfast was Indian in nature, mostly hot food. Fresh fruit and fresh egg dishes were prepared each morning on request. There was also a small pool on the roof, although we did not use it.

We stay for 10 days in the Raviz Center Point Hotel. We enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious with a king size bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping team was great and the location of the hotel is very close to the Burjuman metro station. This makes it easy to move and visit Dubaï. The only negative thing was that we had a lot of noise during the night. We could hear the noise of the night club, our people working and moving some furniture. But other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

Me and my daughter stayed here Dec 11th 2021 for 1 week. Arrived at hotel later at night around 330am, had no problem checking in. Very polite helpful receptionist. Booked with breakfast, which was served 7am-10am. Nice variety of food. Stayed in Standard room, twin beds, the room eas very large, safe inside the wardrobe. Nice large LCD TV on the wall. The bathroom was large too, with a nice power shower. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the BurJuman Metro station. 100 yards from BurJuman Mall, an excellent shopping centre with many fast food shops and restaurants. Plenty of nearby shops, and a money exchange place. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Dubai Ash

Check in was quick & simple. Stayed on 2nd floor twin room that was clean and housekeeping were attentive to all our requests. Complimentary bottles of water everyday was ideal. Bathrooms do need refurbishment as patch up repairs works are very evident. Very close to metro stations, supermarket, pharmacy and Meena Bazaar. Was able to get hotel PCR travel test done quickly & efficiently. Good 3star hotel that has friendly smiling staff.

The room were clean and cosy. Except for dust on lights, telephone were well visible. The house keeping was late in some matters. Had to remind twice thrice to them. Breakfast was quite interesting in vegetarian which was enjoyed the most. Response time was slow with reception.

The first and the foremost thing is the location , this right in the centre of dubai , the metro hub lets u reach any point in dubai whichever line it may be , there are restaurants just next to the hotel , general stores shopping malls and shopping centres , The rooms are spacious and clean ..as cleaning is done every morning There are all the amenities u would need They have iron board hair dryer a prayer mat weighing scale . The wardrobe is big enough for ur clothes . Staff is very friendly and welcoming no issues with sound or disturbance from the locality. Couples looking for a stay this is ur best option , they allow guests to visit and makes sure that they keep all records , Security is good and all covid guidelines are followed . My 6 nights 7 days trip was made memorable because of this hotel Kudos team raviz center point . Wish to be your guest soon
