I was very scared reading all the previous reviews from the hotel . I emailed the reservation Center a few times before my arrival . I have to say that I had a marvellous staying in . I was there for 11 nights . The housekeeping manager , a very gentil gentleman , greeted myself and my auntie on our arrival, shown us our two different bedrooms that he and his staff had prepared specially for us with a delicious and traditional fruit platter served in UAE . I had the same housekeeper cleaning my bedroom daily , it made all special! I didn’t have any issue with Air Conditioning or wi-fi at my room , on the opposite side . The AC was working perfectly fine . The guys downstairs at the door were incredible friendly and on the top to help and assist with anything . The receptionist ladies always friendly , professional and smiling. The hotel has yes a very busy and well know club during the night time . YES ! If you arrive after 21:00 you will see guests coming to the club good looking women and men as it is “ dress to impress”! I was staying there with my auntie who is 69 years old and she kinda of liked to see many people around . I honestly had a fantastic experience! Thank you very much for the hotel team . I will definitely get back to you.

The nightclub and rooms are not sound-proofed; so the disturbing base in the nightclub is “felt” (not only heard) 6 stories up. There are some jurisdictions where nightclub licence can be revoked because of noise and trespass. I am surprised Dubai was not one of them.

Although it is a good price per night, when we arrive on the first day at the hotel, the reception inform us they they do not have any booking when we book trough hotels.com. They even inform us that we have been frauded and when we asked them about the website they inform us that it is fake and it is not theirs.(till today I still do not understand that they inform us that it is fake. If its true, they should report it) To cut a long story short after 1hr waiting they found the booking trough Expedia. As for Room, it is ok for those who are looking for a 3 star Hotel. One of the advantages it is a 5 mins walk trough a metro station

I booked weeks before my trip and they confirmed the reservation (Confirmation number: 3383594009 )then They canceled my booking 24 hours before my arrival. They claimed that they couldn’t process my visa. So I was out of my country then I found out that I had no place to stay. I went to such a great deal of trouble and of course the rates had gone up the sky by then. And my visa was fine and I paid the other hotels with it. I booked using booking.com and they process the visa before confirmation.

Stayed here on a 24hour layover in Dubai which let me see the Burj. Location Hotel is a couple of minutes from Al Rigga metro station which is around 10 minutes from the airport. Day passes are available, and the service runs 05:00-00:00. Outside of this window taxis are your best bet. Checkin Was a little slow, and receptionist was somewhat distracted. Common experience in the Emirates. Room On the 6th floor (2 lifts available) standard business stay set up. Adequate lighting, desk to work at, safe, mini bar. All quite clean and tidy. AC worked but as with others couldn’t change it from auto setting. Noise/ thudding audible from nightclub downstairs. Loud enough to be annoying Bathroom. Itself small but with spacious shower. Only problem was no cold water. So expect to brush your teeth in warm water, at Least I had to. Mentioned this to the distracted receptionist and told me ‘that’s how it was’ and refused to provide extra bottled water. Bed Was comfortable with 2 pillows provided Checkout A little slow whilst they phoned house keeping, I assume to check contents of mini bar. Somewhat inconvenient if you are in a rush Overall For what I paid the room was ok nothing special. It’s probably only somewhere I’d stay on a quick stop over

We were in Sarab hotel about 5 nights. it was 3 stars ,small hotel. our room was ok but not very big.it had Tv, safe box, something like closet and minibar. Some of the front desk`s staff were helpful. The hotel didn`t have anything special but I don`t understand why they took 500 ADE deposit and also they kept our passports too. first we told them we wont need the minibar plz send someone to clean it and then they came to luck it completely but we needed fridge for our water and... but just for a tiny minibar they kept our passports with 500 deposit it was really shocking. the breakfast was very small and everyday the same. It was a noisy club as well and even in 6th floor you can here it.they don`t have GYM and sport facilities there. everyday they made up our room and it was good. the hotel location is totally good it is near the al Rigga metro .

It was a nice experience. The rooms are good but a bit noisy. Staff is helpful. Metro station is not too far. Pool and gym is also good. Pool is small but it's enough.. overall it is recommended for solo travelers.
