Although it is a good price per night, when we arrive on the first day at the hotel, the reception inform us they they do not have any booking when we book trough hotels.com. They even inform us that we have been frauded and when we asked them about the website they inform us that it is fake and it is not theirs.(till today I still do not understand that they inform us that it is fake. If its true, they should report it) To cut a long story short after 1hr waiting they found the booking trough Expedia.

As for Room, it is ok for those who are looking for a 3 star Hotel. One of the advantages it is a 5 mins walk trough a metro station

I was very scared reading all the previous reviews from the hotel .
I emailed the reservation Center a few times before my arrival .
I have to say that I had a marvellous staying in .
I was there for 11 nights .
The housekeeping manager , a very gentil gentleman , greeted myself and my auntie on our arrival, shown us our two different bedrooms that he and his staff had prepared specially for us with a delicious and traditional fruit platter served in UAE .
I had the same housekeeper cleaning my bedroom daily , it made all special!
I didn’t have any issue with Air Conditioning or wi-fi at my room , on the opposite side . The AC was working perfectly fine .
The guys downstairs at the door were incredible friendly and on the top to help and assist with anything .
The receptionist ladies always friendly , professional and smiling.

The hotel has yes a very busy and well know club during the night time . YES !
If you arrive after 21:00 you will see guests coming to the club good looking women and men as it is “ dress to impress”!

I was staying there with my auntie who is 69 years old and she kinda of liked to see many people around .

I honestly had a fantastic experience!
Thank you very much for the hotel team .
I will definitely get back to you.

The nightclub and rooms are not sound-proofed; so the disturbing base in the nightclub is “felt” (not only heard) 6 stories up. There are some jurisdictions where nightclub licence can be revoked because of noise and trespass. I am surprised Dubai was not one of them.

I stayed in this hotel during my 2 weeks trip to Dubai. Hotel kept my passport, treated my boyfriend like he is worse human being due to his nationality and “security reasons”. Noise from the night club didn’t let me sleep till 3 am every nights.
One night when I came back to hotel in the evening I couldn’t open my room with door key, I went down to reception and I was informed I NEED to pay for the whole stay and then they are going to let me in. Honestly I regret I paid that money that time and didn't check out that night.
After seeing how they treat my boyfriend everyday I decided to change hotel, first I asked reception if they going to return me money I already have paid for those nights I won’t stay there. Answer was YES! So next day I checked out, week later I got my money back. But all of a sudden 3 months later money are taken from my account and I don’t know why. I tried to contact hotel and get any information why they took money back. I sent them 3 emails and no reply.
Highly not recommending this hotel if partners are different nationalities.
Maybe location was good, some of the stuff friendly but never again.

Avoid entirely! They rip you off for anything. I had to pay 50 dirhams at the check-out because my hand towel was not clean after use! Apparently when you stay at this hotel you have to clean your room, wash your bed-sheet and tidy your bed before check-out! If you don't you have to pay!

Receptionist staff were very rude, not helpful and talking their own language (Filipino) infront of the guest and looking up and down. We booked for 2 days but I checked out after one day. I forgot to bring dental kit so when we asked from housekeeping, one housekeeper came to the room and check after that he brought ONLY ONE dental kit ( even though he clearly saw we're two ) so we asked for one more and be didn't come back forever. Water was not complimentary, 2 small bottle of water for 16dhms. Never see such a rude staff and worse experience ever. I used to stay in Flora Grand hotel which provided very excellent service well trained staffs unfortunately they were fully booked. Do not waste ur money for this hotel find somewhere else to stay, staff were super rude.
