The hotel wasn't the same in the site photo. Bad service in the reception. I had to ask 3-4x regarding my booking. I handed over my booking confirmation and yet have to be ask 3x.. and after I settle in my room again just after 10mins the reception ask again my full name and my reservation???! This is so absurd. One pillow only in the room. You have to ask for additional. Small room. No cable HD TV. Old movies. Swimming pool closed. Card key not working. The water is not free. Only 2 bottled water is complimentary. Room service is bad.. no food available in the menu except indian food. Even sweets, cakes is all indian food. I don't have against indian cuisine or food but there's supposed to have variety of food in the menu. Restaurant was bad. Food wasn't taste well. The restaurant is not ready for breakfast by 830am. Still they set up. No coffee machine or refill. No hot water either. The guy still boils the water. No fruits available, the fruit that has been served is only watermelon melon and tomato lettuce olive only this. It was a bad idea to include breakfast, not worth it. No shuttle bus either. They put in the reservation that they have shuttle service but when ask the timings the reception replied not available in that day?! That it was off?? How? The worst is at exactly 12afternoon the reception ask to check out and or extend? By 1minute they will ask to extend?? Not to be recommended. It's a 4star hotel but service facility ambience for 2star category. The only good thing is the room have balcony. Small space only and can't be sitted because it's Dusty. Price reasonable But not recommendable to stay. This is only good for a passer by who wants to stay for a night.…

Excellent Service with hospitable staff. They helped me out when I was stranded. Rooms were extremely cleaned, good ACs and Excellent Breakfast. The front area clean with access to supermarket and Reasturants around. Mr Shane received me and check me in. The Security manager Mr Kenneth help me with his metro while I was still new. It is a stay I will wish for again.

Hospitality is good. Reception staff is helpful but the charges are too high. Like to get a print they charge 3 dirham for 3 pages. Food is good but menu is limited in breakfast. Travelling is little difficult because metro station is at a 15 mins walk. No shuttle service to metro station. Swimming pool non-functional. No other activities at the hotel.

A rating of 3.5 I shouldn't book for my cousins in such hotel from the beginning but location was attractive. The receptionist and security were very rude and disrespectful with guest. The room is dirty with very old mattress, pillows and sheets. I got photos of how yellowish bed cover and sheets are!!!! Rusts in the toilet... very stingy in providing towels and toiletry. Also full of bugs and flies. The room is for my cousin and I visit him and I am aware of Dubai Hotels rule that says all room visitors must provide their ID. I lost my ID month ago and when they asked me for it I said so and then they asked me to email it to them. I did so. They suddenly and in the middle of the stay they purposely disable the key card, when the guest went to them to take it they refused rudely to provide it to him while he is the guest.. his ID with them.. his things in the room and he paid in advance for the whole stay!!!! So it is not their right to do so. The guest doesn't speak English and that allow the disrespectful staff to bully the guy and laugh and take an advantage of it by holding his own room key from him letting him roaming around helpless. Please don't be fooled my location and price because it doesn't worth it and there are a lot of better options around Jadaff area.…

Ac is annoyingly noisy since it works on high speed fan only. Should you adjust it on auto or low fan speed it disconnect . Gym hall is hot and humid . AC is off . You enter the Gym and turn the A C yourself , you may finish the workout while AC is still starting . ( may be intentionally by the management so you double sweat 😓) Housekeeping is not good . The price is good , it is July and you get it cheap . So whether you need a place to sleep the night only , then head there . Other than that save your money and time …

worst hotel i have ever seen .Not even 2 star.Room was ok ,Food was worst part.never go there if you dont want to ruin your holidays.Only dry toast,omlete,Vegetable ,Maggi was there in so called buffe .no one came to clean the room and towels.Not even single customer was happy there.They are saying something else and do else.

i stayed in this hotel for 14 days ,i enjoyed my stay at this hotel. located at center with best amenities ,Breakfast was good , staff were very nice .Also Al-Jaddaf metro station is at around 1.2 km .You can get a homemade food on call ..
