Located in one of the most dynamic destinations in the world. Reflections Hotel has been beautifully designed to reflect the cosmopolitan city that is Dubai. Built over 13 floors, the hotel exterior is a testament to the warmth and hospitality of Arabian Culture, showcasing the traditional design of the region from the authentic wind towers to the gentle arches of the windows. This beautifully contrasts with the interior which has been inspired by different cities. The end result is a unique property that offers every guest a "Global" experience, situated in one of the most up-and-coming locations in Dubai.

Hospitality is good. Reception staff is helpful but the charges are too high. Like to get a print they charge 3 dirham for 3 pages. Food is good but menu is limited in breakfast. Travelling is little difficult because metro station is at a 15 mins walk. No shuttle service to metro station. Swimming pool non-functional. No other activities at the hotel.

Hi Rise hotel in the middle of Bur Dubai (13 floors). Can see the Burj Khalifah clearly from the hotel. It's 4 star it says but rooms are quite small. Clean though. I'm used to RESORTS but this had a tiny swimming pool on the top that was cold so kids didn't want to swim in it. It was around 28 °C in March 5th-9th. The Wafi mall is really close & only 12 dirhams (around £2.40) away in private taxi. Great little shop on the corner by the hotel to get essentials.
Airport taxi is about £10 to hotel (50 dirham).
Jumeirah beach is about £15 (75 dirham).
Dubai mall (Burj Khalifah, dancing fountain) £15 (75 dirham)
Global village & magic gardens £15 (75 dirham).
Cheapest way to get about is to buy the metro card but was 6 of us for 5 nights so didn't make sense.
Staff at the hotel are great especially Pamela. Always full of honest advise.
Before you buy the entertainer app have a look on uae groupon as it tends to be cheaper than the bogof you get on the app for excursions.
Taxis: If you pull one from the road meter starts at 5 dirham
If the hotel call one it stars at 12 dirham.
Catch one at certain places lime outside the mall they start at 9 dirham.
Minimum charge for journey is 12 dirham regardless.
Exchange money in town as you'll get 10% more than you would at the hotel.
Careful: Catch a government marked taxi & not a private one. You'll get ripped off. Still got meters but much more expensive. Have no taxi sign on roof.
Make sure you've got plenty of money as food etc is expensive.

Room is uncomfortably small in size . Furniture need cleaning or refurbishing.
Wardrobe is very tight , no upper shelves though. There is no place to put my staff and cloths so I kept most of them in my bag
Bed is queen size, no drawers in the side tables .
Lambs were useless and loose .
Pillows are the worst ever .
Ac is annoyingly noisy since it works on high speed fan only. Should you adjust it on auto or low fan speed it disconnect .
Gym hall is hot and humid . AC is off . You enter the Gym and turn the A C yourself , you may finish the workout while AC is still starting . ( may be intentionally by the management so you double sweat 😓)
Housekeeping is not good .
The price is good , it is July and you get it cheap . So whether you need a place to sleep the night only , then head there . Other than that save your money and time

A rating of 3.5 I shouldn't book for my cousins in such hotel from the beginning but location was attractive.
The receptionist and security were very rude and disrespectful with guest. The room is dirty with very old mattress, pillows and sheets. I got photos of how yellowish bed cover and sheets are!!!! Rusts in the toilet... very stingy in providing towels and toiletry. Also full of bugs and flies.
The room is for my cousin and I visit him and I am aware of Dubai Hotels rule that says all room visitors must provide their ID. I lost my ID month ago and when they asked me for it I said so and then they asked me to email it to them. I did so. They suddenly and in the middle of the stay they purposely disable the key card, when the guest went to them to take it they refused rudely to provide it to him while he is the guest.. his ID with them.. his things in the room and he paid in advance for the whole stay!!!! So it is not their right to do so.
The guest doesn't speak English and that allow the disrespectful staff to bully the guy and laugh and take an advantage of it by holding his own room key from him letting him roaming around helpless.
Please don't be fooled my location and price because it doesn't worth it and there are a lot of better options around Jadaff area.

The location was very good and all amenities were nice. Good staff and loved the stay here. Food was good and if you are non smoker, you should definitely not take smoker rooms as you keep getting the smell on and off. Very conveniently located from the places you need to see around.

Arrived with a crowd via Emirates Dubai connect - 1 person on reception and it took about 3 hours to get a room... breakfast inedible, rooms outdated (we stayed in one of the suites). No hot water in shower, hung up by customer service who had no answers to my questions (eg what time does dinner start..?) Won’t be staying here again ever!!

The worst experience I have ever had! Drove 1.30min to this hotel, only to be refused to check in. I booked through Agoda who happily too my money and only stated that the credit card used to book together with a valid ID needs to be produced on check in. Nothing was stated that I needed a passport. When I arrived at the hotel, the reservations manager was eventually callerd and he refused to check us in without an original passport. He refused to provide us with proof that we had arrived for check in. He also refused to refund us. He said since we had booked with a third party that we needed to take it up with them. I proceeded to then take it up with Agoda, who did not at any time state I needed a passport, only to be told I needed to try get confirmation from the hotel that they would refund our booking. I offered my own ID, a Dubai visa, an international driver's license- all with photo identification but was denied repeatedly.
I had driven an hour and a half only to be refused entry to the hotel who had failed to inform me of the exact documents needed and then refused a refund for not being able to check in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After needing to drive back an hour and a half to where we were originally staying I now need to fight for a refund of services for which I paid, yet was refused access to. Disgusting service!

The worst hotel ever i have stayed in. The staff is so rude especially Mr. Surender and Ms. Nagham. The entire staff is just minting their own personal money by unnecessarily charging things that are supposed to be complementary in a hotel. The plugs of their hotel is do not support normal chargers. Their food service is not great. Inshot this is not the hotel to stay in.
