I believe it is reasonable to expect good service when we pay for it... Additionally, when insects got into our house and we requested a room change, we were asked to pay 500 dirhams for decorating... Since we pay more times this amount every month in rent, we agreed to pay, but when we returned home, our card was declined... We have been living here for a year, and we have no intention of running away for just 500 dirhams, especially since we have been paying rent for eight months already... I think if we didn't pay the 500 dirhams at that moment, they would have asked us to run to the bank or wait at the door... This disrespectful behavior is unacceptable, and the employees should not be rude...
