Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Lovely hotel easily accessible. Very friendly staff. Razy, Umar, and everyone we spoke to were very accommodating.
There was some building work outside the hotel with construction going on throughout the night. This was very noisy, we spoke to the reception staff about it and they moved our room straight away to a quieter location. Our room had a washing machine so we could keep our clothes smelling fresh and not have to take as much washing back home.
Small gym and swimming pool on the top floor were very helpful to have a a small work out every couple of days.
Would be nice if the hotel had a small bar/food area, perhaps where the swimming pool area is.

Very Nice experience comfortable stay, Nice Location( close to beach ,JBR WALK Marina Walk, Marina mall, tram and metro stations) , fantastic marina view from some rooms! Very helpful staff who are always doing their best to ensure their guest have a comfortable stay, especially the room service staff (Rose, Elsie, Diana, Joy, Jelly, Gopi and Sandeep) who have ensured my rooms were kept well sanitized during my stay last one year at Jannah Place. Also like to extend my thanks to staff at receptionist (EVA and team) , IT staff,in house engineers, GYM instructor (Mohamed) and last but not the least Manager Raghav who were always available to help. Thank you guys for making my staying a comfortable and stress free one.

I booked Jannah Place Dubai for a week but loved staying there so much I extended for another week in January! The location is great as it's on a quiet street but only a few minutes away from the spectacular Dubai Marina which I walked around every morning and about 10min walk to the JBR beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a lovely vegan cafe right downstairs from the hotel. What I really loved is an excellent housekeeping service provided daily - Jelly - was incredible and so thoughtful, always refilled my kitchen with bottled water, tea and coffee! I absolutely recommend this hotel for value for its price, location and cleaniness.

The hotel is in the heart of Marina - quite close to beach, supermarkets, metro, mall, Bluewaters and Marina Promenade. Great to have walks here. A mosque nearby added special national atmosphere. Comfortable room with a small kitchen - we cooked our usual meal during the trip. Room service is very good - everyday cleaning left us feel fresh and cosy. The personnel is very helpful and nice. Recommend this place to enjoy Dubai!

I had a wonderful stay at Jannah Place for more than a month. Me and my fiance chose this place since it is very close to the grocery stores and the marina walk. This hotel is also fully furnish and provided with the basic kitchen accessories that you need (but without a rice cooker). I also especially appreciate the awesome housekeeping done by Rose making sure my room is well cleaned every week with a good scente of smell. She is very respectful and dedicated to her work. I recommend this place to stay and I would love to return here on my next visit.

Jannah place has a very good location in Dubai marina,walking distance to the beach and marina mall,and 6 minutes walk to the tram station. The suit here is cosy and clean.Especially thanks to our room maid JELLY who has done her job very well,and always be very polite and helpful to us.

The hotel is situated in a very cozy place, everything is in walk distance: shops, restaurants, tram and metro stations. Marina Promenade is just next to the hotel. The beach is at 12-15 min walk and this is big-big advantage! Breakfast and other meals are in the neighbor building. We were upset first with this news but it turned to be the advantage as well. The hotel restaurant is exactly at the Promenade and you may enjoy the beautiful views while eating. The personnel of the restaurant is very benevolent, Kristine and Ibrahim in particular were very helpful and precise. The rooms of the hotel are clean and equipped with anything you generally need at home, all in good condition. If you were unlucky, your window will be at the side of Promenade but currently there is construction area of a new building. In a few month construction works will be finished and you must be lucky to have a room at this side. The personnel of the hotel is very helpful, polite and very sensitive to any request of customers. Feeza and Jabar at the reception desk made check in and out procedures very easy and fast. General opinion from the stay in Jannah Place is very positive.

I came to Dubai last week and was looking for the place to stay over the internet. i found Jannah place hotel,when I went their I was surprised for with the high class environment. Staff was friendly and professional. Krishan was super. The view from the room was mesmerizing.

I'll start with the location of Jannah Place, it is very strategic place and convenient for whoever wants to go on trips and discover new places in Dubai. There is a metro station at DMCC which is only takes 8 minutes on foot to reach. Other stores and restaurants can be found near Jannah place.
As for the services provided by Jannah place, the staff members will make your life easier. Once we arrived to the hotel, the gave us a smart card to unlock the door of our room, to use the elevator and to get access to the underground parking slots. When it comes to rooms cleaning, their workers are doing fantastic job at cleaning rooms and maintaining hygiene. From my experience, we were pleased by the room services that were provided by (Akshay). He is very kind and expert at what he is doing. Akshay cleaned our room everyday in the morning and provide new new towels, tissue paper and water bottles.
All in all, I very satisfied with Jannah place services, and I recommend it for anyone looking for cheap room.

We have been staying at this services apartment since mid October and it has been a pleasant experience. The 2-bedroom is spacious enough for a family of 3, equipped with all necessary appliances.
There is twice a week cleaning which Anil is doing a great job. He is friendly, always smiling and attentive. During rest of the week, if we need anything like bed sheet, towels etc., he is always there!
Maintenance team, especially Jigin is at your service for a solution immediately. Super responsive and solution oriented.
If you are looking for a family stay at a great location with affordable prices, don't look for somewhere else.

I think it’s not a problem for visitors using face mask and if they haven’t any COVID-19 symptoms (nowadays) but you should check this information at the reception.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
