Had seen good reviews on the property through Trip advisor and chose this for a 15 day long stay in Dubai. We got a great deal through the direct DAMAC website with a discount that further attracted us. I must say the 3 bedroom apartment once we moved in was very comfortable and the housekeeping team attended daily to the cleaning & were extremely efficient.
The location downtown near Dubai Mall and DIFC is very central and I found it extremely convenient. It is also just off busy roads, which I had personally liked. Strongly recommend for anyone planning a 2-3 week stay in Dubai.

The room is big, it fits 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with no issues.

The swimming pool is big, and the gym has all the enough equipment to work out during holidays.

luxury staffs
clean rooms
good equiped apartments(dish washing, oven, esperso maker,..)

restaurant and supermarket is near
bad points:
housekeeping staffs dont know english and dont listen to orders, they do every thing want...they change decoration of room after you customize it base on ur need.
our one bedroom has bad map, i feel its so small becouse of unperfect map. little balcony. so noice from near rooms.
breakfast is so expensive.
kids pool have some stairs that i couldnt drive baby pram.
baby crib has no standard mattress,it filledwith a blanket.
kids room was closed.
kitchen has no enough cabinet for long time stay.

We went for a family holiday after covid. My family came from 3 different countries.
I have not come across a more racist staff. They tried to blame the room damages on us.
Won’t give us water in the gym, said we should go to the room and take it.
Requested us to adjust in a 3 bedroom as they dint have 2 1 bedroom suits as we had booked. and after we were staying there, the next day locked us out with our luggage inside demanding we should shift or we would be fined.
The rooms were good but surely not worth the mental torture.
The ground staff (porters and cleaners) were extremely accommodating and helped us a lot as even they could see the unjust treatment.
3 bedroom room was not worth it as only 1 room was large enough to accommodate 2 pax other 2 room were very small with a sharing toilet.
Overall spend your precious money in a cheaper hotel and shop some more.

As we Live in UAE where there is nurturing environment for the diverse cultural background living and working, I can assure you that we all at Damac are beyond racism, discrimination and against any type of racial prejudice or disrespectful attitudes and we are keen to treat all guests with full respect and appreciation. - With reference to the damages ( Burnt mark on sofa), as soon as room checked out, our Housekeeping team observed the same and Front Office team contacted guest for investigation but guest denied and we acknowledged the same. - We do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to non-availability of One bedroom apartments caused by emergency maintenance, hence we upgraded the reservation to Three Bedroom apartment after the Guest agreed to stay in Three Bedroom for one Night and move back to actual booking of Two units of 1 bedroom apartments next day, therefore the room key was valid only for one night, then the key stopped working automatically next day. Our Front Office Team had politely requested Guest for the room move next day but Guest insisted to continue stay in upgraded Three Bedroom which was not available and guest was informed of the same and ultimately the room was shifted back as per original booking. - Regarding the size of One-bedroom apartments in Damac Maison Canal Views, all are of same size and features We look forward to welcoming you back soon. The receptionists were very pleasant, friendlly and helpful.
The location was also very good for walks by the canal, taking the water bus and 5 mins walk to the Burj and Dubai mall.

The location of the hotel is situated close to The Burj Khalifa which is a ten to 15 minute walk.. Honestly the hotel room we stayed Was well put together and housekeeping always paid attention... The restaurant breakfast was atmost and kudos to the Ugandan chef who i was informed is called Opolo..he did a very wonderful job at making me and my fiancee got the best meals of breakfast throughout our stay... Omeletes were good and so was the coffee.. All in all...we had a good time..

Honestly the meaning of never judge a book by its cover...on my arrival the hotel outlook seemed to be average and small compared to the buildings surrounding it ... But from the time of entry, the concierge were welcoming, the room I stayed had a clear view of the canal and housekeeping always available to help with my needs..I initially hadn't included breakfast while booking but the hotel restaurant staff made it very easy for me t access breakfast through instant voucher purchase... The guy in the restaurant, Gaston if am not mistaken was so interactive and made sure I was comfortable since I traveled alone and felt I was lonely during my dining, Chef Apollo, the hotel chef paid a keen eye to my requests since I was allergic to some food on his buffet and went wn extra mile of preparing me my preferable food however much it wasn't included on his buffet. Cool place to stay in, wonder pool area and restaurant, very good service from waiter Devaiah with so much care & polite attitude and I recommend him to serve you while in restaurant, breakfast is so delicious and got verity of food, tried delux room and suite with one bedroom both are great and perfect. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in business bay with reasonable budget about (500-600 AED/night), you may request food to room and pool area as well. You may refer to expedia for more photo.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening to be informed the pool was to be closed for 10 days, I was not informed of this in advance and this would have had an influence on my choice of hotel, the staff were rather indifferent to my upset. I then needed to iron my clothes for my business appointment the next day and found that the electrical cord on the clothes iron was poor and in a dangerous condition, another Iron was brought but this also did not work. I only stayed for breakfast once in the hotel as this was not very quick and considering I only wanted a coffee and a croissant was rather overpriced.

There is, best to ask the desk. However, both the the Burj khalifa and Dubai mall are a short walk away from the hotel, taking 10 - 15 mins.
Yes some rooms have balcony’s, not the biggest and best but it’s still nice to stand out in the morning with your coffee. I would suggest requesting for one though as not guaranteed if a standard room is booked. Also ask for higher rooms as they are still developing and building in the front. If you can get a canal or side view even better.
