Don’t stay here or else you will just regret. I checked in and took me 2hrs to get inside my room. And their reason is almost all the possible reason for a room they told me. What? Are they kidding? Where are the management, the maintenance? Also the customer service feels like he is not approachable to his customers. He was kinda rude and not so professional. He even talk to me in his own dialect. How will I answer him? I really had a bad experience in this hotel from my check in til out. Never again.
worst service ever.. i paid them by card for my booking. they told me check-in time is 2 o'clock. i went there around 2:30 pm they check my reservation and said we need to check our rooms please have a sit and 5 to 10 minutes i said ok. after 15 minutes no respond from them and i asked them they said we need more time. i told him that you told me check-in time is 2 0'clock so you must free a room for me he said whoever come first he will get the room. is this a logical word ? all the receptionist there they are very rude. they don't know how to talk with customers. their room is so dirty as well. you can see guys some of the photos which i clicked inside the room. receptionist are worst in this hotel, rooms aren't clean
Not worth staying even if price is low. - Check in was delayed by 2 hours , had to sit and wait - Rooms are big, but AC did not cool, twice technicians were called, but just said will be ok after sometime...never happened. - No complimentary bottle of water even. - No tissue box, no mini fridge. Location wise , ideal to close by shopping areas, but will never stay again. 2 out of 10.
Photos won't even justify whatever is wrong with this hotel. Only the size of the rooms and price are the only 'good' things you can get from them. I can assure that all the recent reviews here are real and recommend you to avoid this hotel. Let me put it in details: Location: It is in a busy street where you can find all the shops you needed plus it's close to metro. Service: I waited for 2hours to be checked-in after 2pm which is the standard. The receptionists don't know how to interact with guests and I cannot believe how their management hired these people. Most importantly, they are not wearing masks. I sent the photo to DTCM and I hope they'll take action. All they needed once you check-in was your ID and money. Nothing else. I guess because it's cheap so their wok is also like that :l No manager was available and they don't know how to address the issue. Rooms: The rooms are big but no well-maintained and looks old. No towels, tissue, and water (which is chargeable) upon arrival. Wi-Fi is very slow. Don't even think about cleanliness. It's normal for you to see left food and cockroaches and bed bugs. I stayed for 3nights and no cleaning service was done even if I asked. 2 and 3stars hotel are much better. Security: Immediately after we went to the room, maintenance staff came and checked the door battery for 20mins when one couple came and said that they were checked-in in the same room! Unbelievable. If that staff wasn't there, then they would have been into my room unannounced. These are the main points I tried not to put everything but as a fellow hotelier, I hope that the management knows how their staff works. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as you won't be able to relax. You don't even get what you paid for. There you go.…
