I stay in room 102, 30 Dec to 31 Dec 2022, I was having 2 pax reservation from booking.com reception staff forcely charged for second pax as per them management rule. what rubbish!! Receptionist Tasneem or Tasleem and night manager both of them disrespecting doesn't know how to be courteous..wrost staff of hotel Washroom wall tiles broken, shower area completely messy not cleaned. Shower tap broken dirty No minibar fridge in the room Dirty spotty pillows Spider webs around bed lamps over all cleaning is wrost No cover on the ceiling light in washroom compeltey unsafe electrical Electric socket broken near to bed no Electric safety 4 time made calls to reception and requested to provide iron after 45 mints provided unsafe iron the controll swtich was unsafe to touch, asked why late provided staff said sorry sir we have one iron for all floor... Will never recommended at any cost to stay Rain Tree Rolla hotel at all wrost reception staff wrost management rules by self innovated by reception staff. See the pictures and at least hire the courteous reception staff who should know at least the respect word for the guest Reception syaff is terrible wrost…

I love this hotel the Night Shift receptionist was amazing he try hard to make my stay amazing and Mr. Salman was so nice and kind and he was assisting me with all information I love this hotel and I’ll come back for your sure I can’t forget Mr. Malik best Manager ever. Mina basily405

Hello I do not recommend this hotel, arrived at 12:30 PM they told me to wait until 2:00 PM in order to take the room. Then it came time to take the room, I am currently waiting for the resident visa stamp on my passport, my passport is at immigration, I do however have my resident visa, the copy of my passport, and proof that it is at immigration until tomorrow. They wouldn't give me my room and worse than that, wouldn't refund my money saying it wasn't their problem. A complaint to the police will be made. A shame.

I booked this hotel through Agoda. The pictures will speak for itself. Hazardous shower head, dirty bathroom, poor service, noisy and overpriced. Save yourself the trouble. There are many other hotels that are better price and give better services. When I contacted Agoda, I was told no compensation will be given but I can leave a review to help other travellers. Here you go: I will tell anyone who wants to listen not to ever go to this horrible place

I am writing this review after staying here for more than 20 days. Bedsheets have stain marks, exhaust fan in washroom doesn't work, towels are not replaced and excuses are given that we didn't get it from laundry. 2 bottle of waters are not kept in room everyday ( you can cross check from Google Reviews as several people have complaint about the same ). No kettle kept in the room Spoke with receptionist about all of the above problems and nothing changed. Please avoid this hotel if you are coming with family or for leisure

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life. After check in we noticed that the bed sheets were not changed it was all dirty which was really disgusting,then we had to go behind housekeeping to ask them to change them because when ever we call the reception they don’t answer the phone . Finally they changed it after that there is no kettle in the room then we requested for a kettle like 3..4 times but until our check out next day we did it receive a kettle . The bathroom was all over dirty water drainage was not working properly but we didn’t wanted to go behind chasing the hotel staff again because it is just a waste of our time . We ordered ice cubes from room service and they brought crushed ice (may be the hotel staff doesn’t know ice cubes ) . I don’t how come this sort of a property with this sort of staff can be named as a hotel…

Front office manager (sagheer sitting with a table counter just beside main reception) and reception staff are very rude, misbehaving and ready to argue or fight with you. The room i stayed has Blood stains on duvet, torn and old bedsheet, fungus with roof ceilings in washroom and hairs everywhere on the carpet. Bad odors from the room like they never been cleaned. No free parking.

Very poor service, booked a room from booking.com, got a email confirmation saying your room is confirmed, for the next day got another sms saying your card has declined you have 2 hrs to update your details, received the sms around 2.24pm I reached the hotel at around 230pm, the staff confirmed the booking and asked me to wait for some time, after waiting for 45min When I asked the staff what about my booking, I was informed that the booking is cancelled because of non payment, and they happily said now you have pay the regular rate which was more than the online rate, as I was waiting for there, there was another customer who faced the same issue. It is their regular practice to so and over charge people, please be careful while booking this hotel. Very bad service

1 st : My company paid for my breakfast front of me , I called every day for 3 days they keep telling me I have no breakfast included in my room . Okay , I contacted my company and they came with receipt and when we show receipt now they saying their kitchen closed because of covid ! Okay , we asked to refund money , 3 weeks and i checked out up to now now refund . Question , why to charge if they know they dont have kitchen ? 2 nd : I asked for water as my water in the room finished , they send me water as i am closing my room door the guy shouting behind me that i have pending bill ??? Are you kidding me , I have also worked for 4 stars hotels for 2 years but i never seen that water was chargable for room guests !!!! 3rd I called for housekeeping as my bathroom floor all in water , something was leaking i called 3 times waited for whole day hoping they are coming but nobody , they pick up phone says you okay but nothing , just ignoring !!! No laundy at the hotel !!! All the time evening time drunk people shouting walking around !!! Corridors and bedshits smells horrible !!! i couldnt sleep in that pillow cases i used my own !!! Room is dirty , dusty cockroaches come if you have food . From the lift till you reach room you almost puke because of smell , awful !!! And the last , they forget everything , they ignore everything but when it comes to their benefit only they are so smart and fast !!! They called me to check out even before my time people who has been ignoring me for 3 weeks suddenly remember to call to my room , amazing !!!!!!! The last , till the last was annoying . I called taxi it stopped to the opposite side of road as this hotel put NO PARKING sign front of hotel , forget about bell boy to help you to carry with your luggages , when i ask front desk staff to remove sign he again just ignore me telling he is busy and there is nobody to go and remove SO do i have to wait for ages someone to come??? I had to cross the road with my whole luggage and bags !!! Will never ever return and dont recommend to ANYONE !!! Worst hotel ever !!!…
