Stayed here to be close to work one night only and will only ever be the one night only. Good point is the room is large. Bad points: The man at reception was not helpful. Spent half his time on the phone while checking in. Paid for a deluxe double which according to the agoda listing had kitchenette and a washing machine. Nope had a kettle and a little fridge. Spoke to reception and his answer was speak to booking.com. I played hunt the plugs to charge my phone and laptop. One behind the rotten tv unit and the other next to the main door. The view is a building site. Asked reception man where the iron one. He said in the wardrobe with the ironing board. Told him there wasn’t one and I’m still waiting the following morning for one! People bang door at night and to top it off the balcony is shared with the neighbor next door. No partition. So at 11pm at night in the dark the man next door was on our balcony with his friends. As a solo female that is very unnerving. For the money I’ve stayed in much better hotels in al barsha. My opinion is look elsewhere. I stay in Dubai every week for work and this one is certainly in the bin it bucket list …
I stayed for 11 nights in this place with my wife & kids. The room was great, the hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, & it's just a couple of minutes away from the mall of the emirates. If i ever come back to visit Dubai, I'll pick this hotel again for sure. keep up the good work, guys !
The hotel located walking distance MOE. The room nice and large wit full equipment ...there's no pool in the hotel but you can use sister hotel nearby. Took bit long to check in and the guy should be more accommodating and friendly. No visitor allowed is bit annoying since we came to sees friends.
We stayed at this place for 10 days/9nights. The apartment is spacious, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with all needed appliances and 2 balconies. Staff are friendly and the service is very good to excellent. Clean place, this come from a mother of 3 that notice dirts meters away. It might need some improvements, but it's not a 5* hotel after all. A pool would be amazing, especially for families with kids.
Honestly only spent one night here and it was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. The room and bed smelt like nothing had been washed, the rooms were falling apart and worst of all we had to shower in brown/yellow water ! I sent the management the photos the next day and they accused me of editing the photo, I honestly don't know what sort of hotel does this. Disgraceful treatment, honestly spend a little bit more money and go somewhere hygienic that won't make you ill.
The location is pretty good, walking distance for the MOE. Hotel room is large and well appointed. The bed is really comfortable. Staff are a bit terse. Rules are VERY strict, no guests etc. which is a bit of a pain for longer stays. No restaurant on premise but loads of things all around. No pool but you can use the sister hotels close by. Onsite parking. I thought that it was very expensive for the location and standard - A little under 4000 aed for 10 nights stay. There are better places in the area.
I stayed here with my family in Dubai for the New Years holiday. There were 7 of us and we had 3 rooms. The rooms were decent size, clean for the most part. The bathrooms were okay. The shower in our room was horrible and super tiny. The hotel is in a good location near Emirates Mall, Metro station and short drive to everything else. The staff was nice and fairly accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you around town. If you use this be careful. We had a lazy driver NYE who dropped us where he felt like it because he didn't want to deal with traffic. Overall it was okay but I wouldn't stay here again nor do I recommend it.
Visitors not allowed even female friends and you are also a female. Staff members are very interfering and rude. weird awkward stares OMG!!!!!!!!! Ladies they will think you are a woking girl, Men they will categorise you as a desperate brick
Close to emirates mall. Rooms spacious but lacks service. Staff not very cooperative. Corriodor Full of smell of cooking foods, However rooms are airy and fresh, Cleanliness level was at fair. I will suggest to go for some nearby hotel apartments which are better and at the same price level.
We visited Dubai with friends - 3 families in total. We were assured that the booking would sleep 11 people, but was totally inadequate. Some of the staff were helpful, but reception staff in particular were not at all equiped to assist. Rooms were OK, but not what I am used to - not particularly well equiped - cutlery, etc. is random - 3 knives, 2 forks, 6 teaspoons, etc... The location was good - just a short walk from the Mall of Emirates. I would not stay here again.
