I spent 8 days. Great location, Metro 2 minutes walk, Emirate mall 15 minutes walk. Number of restaurants all over. Wonderful staff. They look after very well. Starting from breakfast Mannish supervisor is great, He take care of every customer. Rumon cleans room very well. James Adul another great worker. Manager is absolutely great. Love to go back again.

Travelling from the UK to India I found a really lovely friendly and helpful hotel in Dubai,would recommend to anyone who wants a nice clean spacious room with a big comfy bed!lots of facilities Inc swimming pool,spa,manyrestaurants managers,Steven and Afsar are very accommodating and helpful,down to earth 🌎 people.like to mention,Ani who organised our tours at a competitive price within the hotel. security,Joyti and Hamza Ali, reception, Stanley and Pramod house keeping Krishna and Delki ,big thanks to all staff who made our stay so memorable and fun 😊🙏

The hotel is very good, it has a good location, it is cleaner, the staff is excellent. The hotel very well connected to the rest of the city. The staff is very kind and responsible, especially the butler guy JAMSEDUL who immediately instructs you on everything you need to know when you arrive. The staff in the restaurant is also excellent, especially the guys AMSULL and MANIS , who were always there for our every wish.

Our stay at the Golden Tulip AlBarsha was superb. Very nice location and the staff was very helpful. Mr. Stephen D'Souza the Front office manager was very accomodating .He made us feel very comfortable. Mr.Pramod the Guest service Officer was always there to help. Mr.Stanley at the Bell desk always greeted us with a smile and went out of his way in guiding us with the Metro info.and getting a Taxi for us. Mr.Mohamed from Bell desk was very helpful and courteous. Your Breakfast team was great with the supervision of Mr. Manish..very professional and knew exactly what my wife wanted for Breakfast as she is on a zero spice diet. He had her plain omlette ready every day for her..Over all it was a enjoyable and memorable stay at the Golden Tulip AlBarsha..Thank you very much Team Golden Tulip AlBarsha. My fiancé had already checked in but i arrived late so i informed the guy who is working on night shift 12:00 am who so rude don’t have manners to ask the id even . When i asked the way he don’t even wanna cone out to show the way . Now funny part 😂 when we order the gls of chardonay the room dining staff replied me chardonay red or white madam Please the managers u need to work on it if u really wanna do a business for future also it doesn’t matter whether its five star hotel or 2 star

Thankyou teams for making the stay so comfortable. Hote is centrally located and easy access to cab and metro. Breakfast is good and room is cosy. Would like to thank Jamsadul staff for being so helpful. I had accidently dropped my credit card they identified it was mine and proactively called me, this saved my anxiety and stress thankyou !!!
