I stay here 4 times a year at least for work, and it’s my favourite place to stay, and Dubai has some amazing choices. The rooms are massive and comfortable, and breakfast is excellent. What really makes it though are the staff, who are first rate. Particular mentions for Roland on the front door, who is always so welcoming with a huge smile on his face even when it’s 40+ degrees outside, and Raj who does a great job cleaning the rooms and keeping plenty of water stocked in your room! For business there is no better hotel, partly due to its central SZR location and walking distance from the trade centre, but it also has a lovely pool and good facilities do a decent place for a break as well. Can’t recommend it enough.

I want to be explicit and short I like the hotel and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool could be better located, the location is good close to the metro and the central area (Burj Khalifa)
