Best Hotel Apartment luxury Two Bedrooms apartment with balcony made my stay unforgettable, Abidos Hotel Apartment Al Barsha is right behind Mall of the Emirate which is 7 mints walk only, Abidos has every nice pool area which is very relaxing. I love it

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Although we missed the one with Balcony this time, the one we got was good only it was facing behind buildings so not a good view for 10night stay. Surya from housekeeping was amazingly nice and accomodating. He catered to our needs only one phone call away. Thank you Surya. The staff from the Butler to the security guard was extremely helpful. Cannot wait to be back next year

When I checked in, there were a few housekeeping issues, however, when we approach the team - Mr. Shaalom - The housekeeping supervisor take personal care and given the utmost service, hats off to Shaalom- really good service. Room are clean

My Sister and I was violated at this Hotel. At the women locker/Sauna area for women only. One of the male staff either the locker area knowing were inside using the dry sauna . Do not stay at this hotel if you are a women or risk being violated like us.

Dear Ms. Melenia, We thank you for choosing Abidos Hotel Apartments as your preferred hotel during your stay while in Dubai and in taking time to write this review However we wish to inform you that the incident stated by you is completely untrue and a distortion of the facts, during your stay with us on 13th Nov at 02.55 PM you had visited our Spa and started using the Sauna, the female Spa receptionist Ms. Usri on duty recorded the time you had gone into the sauna after about 30 minutes around 03.25 PM when you still did not come out of the Sauna as a routine safety check the female receptionist Ms. Usri came to the sauna and knocked on the door and checked if you are comfortable, since there was no response from you, as our standard procedure both the Lifeguard and the security on duty were called in and they were waiting outside the Spa in the corridor to respond in case of an emergency. The Spa receptionist Ms. Usri again visited the Sauna and called out your name and this time you responded in the affirmative. The lifeguard that you claim entered the sauna was nowhere within the Spa area and was outside waiting in the corridor should there be an emergency We wish to inform you that all of our staff members undergo routine trainings and are trained to respond to emergencies while adhering to the rules, regulations and stay within their limits We deeply regret that you are distorting the facts of the incident with a sole purpose of claiming a compensation which was turned down and explained to you both by the duty manager as well as the sales team while you were in the hotel and upon check out We wish to assure you of our best services at all times and look forward to receiving you back at Abidos Hotels upon your next visit to Dubai Thank you and best regards,

Stayed here for 3 months from March until June. Great location, easily 10 mins walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Great service from staff and the room was good, with strong/consistent AC. Only couple of things disappointed..... no visitors were allowed, even food delivery people! And the WiFi was quite inconsistent and it definitely needs an upgrade. But i really enjoyed my stay and recommend for sure.

hotel location is good - ear to metro and mall of the emirates. al barsha area is not that nice - very busy with traffic and noisy. hotel rooms are nice and clean, and staff are friendly, however it is a very noisy hotel..cleaners make a lot of noise moing furniture around in nearby rooms and constantly slam doors loudly out in halls, would not stay here again because of this

I have always stayed at Abidos Barsha while visiting Dubai especially with my family for shopping on weekends, its just a few minutes away from Mall of Emirates and Shiekh Zayed Road with easy access to JBR and Dubai Marina. Very clean rooms with fully furnished kitchens, spacious apartments and friendly staff, highly recomended for families

Staff at this hotel were great - very friendly and helpful, also allowed us early check in which was appreciated. However, the bedding was unacceptable as there was no actual duvet to keep warm, just a sheet. Had to ask for additional blankets and got one sent up that was ripped and torn. Pillows were also incredibly flat and pretty much useless. While the place was clean, it was incredibly outdated and needed some maintenance. There were holes in the tiles around the shower which meant water leaked across the bathroom floor and the seal on the door to the shower meant that water leaked out that way too. Housekeeping had to be reminded to come and replace towels and toilet paper after not attending the room for two days during a 4 day stay. Plugs were faulty - some didn’t work at all. No top light in the bedroom meant only light sources were the lamps that we couldn’t plug in to faulty plugs. Swimming pool wasn’t open for advertised hours and jacuzzi was empty. …
