We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. We were disappointed at first because the first room that was given to us was not yet cleaned. The bed has been made but the trash was still there, the bathroom still has used towels and slippers on the floor and the toilet was dirty. We called reception for house keeping so that they can bring slippers and clean the room. When housekeeping came and saw that the room wasn't clean, he was kind enough to transfer us to a different room that has already been cleaned and disinfected. The room we got has a twin bed which is quite big for two. The room could fit 4 persons. The reception was polite and attended to our concerns when we requested for Internet connection for our other devices, provided us with a kettle and cups. Our entire stay was comfortable and the room did not smell like smoke. We were also not disturbed by the bar at the ground floor. If not only for the first room that was given to us I would have given our stay a higher rating.

This hotel was choosed for me by the travel agency, it is hard to find a nice hotel in Dubai (with a suitable price)but ofcourse Dubai has lots of good hotels, but where is the pocket to pay?😉

The location was perfect all the facilities could be found over there, very vital area.

The room facilities are too old but comfortable, there was that smell of old stuffs, but it was ok

The breakfast was so compended: beans, egg or potato, and some bakeries' stuffs. Tea, coffee and milk.

Well this is the worst, the hotel contain about 2 nightclubs which start at late time till the morning.. so you are not able to sleep in this hotel.. the bass sound like bom bom bom bom is in your ears all the night.

Not the best choice, but not bad

We stayed in this hotel last week to celebrate my birthday but got dissapointed with my expectation. The room is quite okay but the washroom looks so dirty as it needs some deep cleaning and replacement. I booked for non smoking room and they gave me room 614 which has a burnt of cigarette on the toilet like 🫤

Recommended this hotel only for the people who wants to enjoy and party with loud music.
F&B room service are amazing.

Well..!! On our last visit was ok.
But this time it was horrible as they give us room in 2nd floor ,they have bar with big and loud music till 4am which we can not sleep until 4am .

When we check in , there was nothing facilities such as , dental kit sleeper or electrical kettle etc.. which we need to follow up and request.
Tv was not working as well follow by plugs.

I hope the management take this matter serious and work on it.
Thank you

When we arrived. the receptionist gave us our room card on time, maybe 5 minute later.
The room was clean. but didn't the same as the image we saw on the sites. room 618

We chose this hotel for 2 reason. save budget, because we spent most of our time out of the hotel. we used the hotel just for sleep and breakfast. the other reason was we wanted the hotel to be near the subway station. this hotel was near the al-rigga station. you need to walk 5 minutes to get to the station.
from this hotel, if you want take a taxi and go to the Burj Khalifa, it's cost you 34 AED.

WiFi speed was good. you should change WiFi connection on every floor.

The staff was good. but the manager, he was very angry :) I don't know why!. also receptionist was a good man :)

The problem was the bathroom. we hadn't hot water at all. I said this problem to the receptionist, but they did nothing.
Breakfast was not good. there was no variety. there was not enough light in the breakfast room. and the biggest problem was, mosquitoes and beetles in the breakfast room.

Overall I do not recommend this hotel.

I had 2 day trip in the Dubai city and we booked this hotel because it's located in the good area, but when we arrived here our vision to this hotel has been changed. at 3 am there was many people running inside the hotel walking, laughing, kissing and so on. I think theses 2 night clubs must be closed if the hotel management want to change the image, otherwise it is house of prostitution.

the Hotel is good, very convenient as it is quite near to the Metro Station. Receptionists are very nice with a very polite manner of giving there service but what surprised me was the attitude of the so called "front office manager". Oh my! I wonder how he became a manager. He speaks to the guest rudely with a very short temper without even thinking that he works in a hospitality industry. To the management I love to go back and stay again in your hotel but what I witnessed how your Front Desk manager talked to one of your guests really upset me. So upset I am that I end up writing a review about him. What a waste of my time.. But I cannot just let it pass! If you cannot change him just at least give him a proper training and also tell him to also observe a proper hygiene because he works in front.

- At check in , you will be interrogated by the hotel staff about bringing a second person in the room.
-Customer service is non existent at this hotel.

-The room is way overpriced for it's size and neighborhood.

-Only good thing about the place is the free internet.

- The TV set is a size of a calculator on the wall.

- Will never stay here again, I left feeling like I got robbed for my money.

I never have high expectations of the Hotel I am staying in, always the minimum basic facilities satisfy me ! ... but in this hotel nothing was the way i was expecting ... maybe the only good thing about this hotel is its location which is 5 min walk from metro station that there are many other hotels nearby with same advantage ... with the same amount of money that I paid to this hotel I could stay in much better hotels in Dubai ... our room was in first floor where you could hear noises of Arabic night club till 3 am! and sometimes it was immpossible to sleep! ... no slippers in the room or bathroom ... there was no safe .... internet connection was not wireless although it was free ... and the worst thing was the food , breakfast and lunch were in very low standards and you had not many choices at breakfast and lunch time ... door keys ( cards ) always had problems and every day they had to re-programm it so we could enter our room ... for two days they had left some wet sheets on the ground in front of your room for unknown reason! ... 90 percent of hotel residents were Iranians who didnt complain to any of this insufficienies ... I certainly do not recommend this hotel ... with the same money you can find much better deals ...

there are two night clubs at the hotel , African and Arabic ... and also there is a pool bar at the roof ... serving drinks and hooka and Billiard! ... non of them were in good standards
