Booked a Two Bed-Room Apartment and Was Told The Room Can Have 6 People and 3-4 Guests Can Be Allowed To Visit . Once We Reached The hotel we were Told to Pay 120 Extra For The 6th Person And no Guests Were Allowed . Hotel Sent a Scam Artist Of a Front Desk Manager To the Room multiple Times and He asks us to either have the 3 Guests leave Or We get Another Room for 3 People at a price of 300 .. Once we Paid for the Room the Manager Finished his Shift . When we Decided toGo Out to Dinner and Come Back we were Told To Pay An Additional 120 By The Head Of This Egyptian Head Of Security ( as he claimed to be ) .. This Hotel Rips People Off .. I Advise No One To Stay in a 3 Star hotel Apartment where ..Even when u Ask for an Ice Bucket You are told "Use The Ice Cubes in The Freezer " I was Ready to Leave and Ask for a Refund but was Ignored. …

Spent few days at the Pearl Coast Premier Appart, good location in the popular Al Barsha area. few shops & cheap restaurant nearby. Don't expect the standing of an Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn Express, the hotel and room are a bit old, but in the counterpart, the price is very affordable. No problem encountered during our stay. Staff was great & helpful, the hotel has its own parking, very useful as parkings in the street are paid parking and they won't hesitate to fine you even at 22:00 if you haven't paid your spot.

Great Location, very friendly staff. Only Apartments so feels more like home. All amenities in the apartment including a full kitchen and washing machine. Very clean.The Bathrooms are a little tired. Overall very good.

I stayed at this property for one night only. The property infrastructure is nice. The Lobby was quite small. We got checked in very quickly. Upon reaching our floor, when we came out of the elevator, the surroundings (corridor) had a very unpleasant kind of an atmosphere. It was so dull. It felt like you are at some really unwanted place. That feeling got much better when we entered our apartment. The apartment was really nice and clean. We were upgraded to a 2 bed room apartment though we didn't need it. The rooms were clean and the toilets were also very clean. Since, I stayed over there for only one day, so I could not figure out other things except the room. But I can say that apart from the corridors of the hotel, it is very much nice.

The space was ok service was good too the problem was how the furnisher was laid out in a very bad way that kids don't have space to do any thing they just killed the living room completely. Couch was old and dirty, I hated the path room too

I am really excited when I chose this Property (over the other one that charged me just after I book them Through Booking.com.) At that time I didn't know the charge as well that I have made the right choice. I just felt I wanted to try this place. And true enough I and my partner was really more than satisfied. From the fast check in, courteous and accommodating staff of Front Office (forgot the name of the Lady) and the Nepali Security. The spacious room that's also give you the feeling of being in your own home. They have everything you will need in an overnight stay or even longer. Almost Everything is working fine. You will have the time to relax and won't feel the busy noise of the City. Checkout was awesome as it is fast and the Guy who is there reminded us if we have brought all of our belongings and didn't forget anything. Unlike others, they will not make you feel they need to check the room first if you have taken or broken anything before they will let you go. I'm looking forward in staying here again and surely will recommend to everyone I know. Good Job👏🏽👌🏽…

Pearl Coast has a very cozy, comfortable hotel apartment. The living room was well decorated and inviting.The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. The bedroom was spacious and nice. If you are just looking for a nice apartment like stay I definitely recommend it. They have underground parking, but it is not secure. The inside of the apartment itself is definitely five star...but the rest of the hotel is not. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel is a let down. The receptionist was far from friendly. It doesn't look like the area is even reception, as it is a table with a bunch of chords showing. The pool is also very disappointing, extremely small pool and space and dirty, old chairs. No services at the pool, such as beverage or food.

This hotel is excellent, they're good value for money without any compromise on cleanliness or service. I was on a business trip for 2 weeks and i found the hotel to be very convenient. They have excellent free Wifi as well, which was super helpful. It's close to the business center and a 5 minutes walk from Mall of the emirates if you're into shopping. The only down side was the gym, it's very small and the equipment is very old. Highly recommended!

Not much to say... I stayed with my man for 1 night only and generally we liked the place, it was cozy small apartment, clean. The walls in the bathroom looked quite old, however that did not spoil the overall impression. Good thing about this place - they do not ask for security deposit (it is very common for hotel apartments in Dubai to ask for the security deposit upon check in). Also staff was willing to assist. Thanks to them! Probably we will be back!
